PLEASE, TO ANYONE READING THIS... Do not fall for Finoride's promises and do not try to get a loan from them. Out of desperateness I paid the upfront fees - first red flag is that the money has to be paid into more than 1 account (STD Bank and Nedbank) and when the loan amount was to be paid out, they requested me to pay over R16,000 to actually get the money "released". So when I asked them to cancel the loan request and pay back my money, to date they threaten me with cancellation fees - note that there was NOTHING ever said about if you want to cancel that this is the consequences.. I am going to the Police this afternoon to make a case of ***** as well as the banks, I will contact the Ombudsman, also the Auditor General and SARS. These people thrive on people's vulnerability and desperateness so to spare you the tears and agony, please do not take a loan from #Finoride Cash Loans. I have learned a very hard lesson.
From ordering to receiving, excellent service and the quality of the products are amazing.
Been waiting for a parcel and every day they only say on the Tracking system that the parcel is left in the North Bay and will be delivered with the next scheduled delivery. This is unacceptable, they have the parcel since the 29th of December and until this day they cannot give me a straight answer.
My mother passed away 31 July 2019. She's got a funeral policy with The Unlimited but unfortunately did not update her beneficiary when my father died 2 years prior to her. Now, they do not want to pay out the funeral policy as I am not the beneficiary. I am her only daughter left and I also have a brother. My mother paid them every month no questions asked, why can The Unlimited not do the same? How would I have all the Original documentation - Death Certificate etc. if this was fraud. We just want them to pay out the funeral policy so we can put my mother to rest. They sent me a message telling me that I only have until 20 October to send in the claim.. I see that as someone that does not care, only care for your monthly payment and not what happens to a family that just lost her mother, friend, grandma..
My mother passed away 31 July 2019. She's got a funeral policy with Clientele Life but unfortunately did not update her beneficiary when my father died 2 years prior to her. Now, they do not want to pay out the funeral policy as I am not the beneficiary. I am her only daughter left and I also have a brother. My mother paid them every month no questions asked, why can Clientele Life not do the same? How would I have all the Original documentation - Death Certificate etc. if this was fraud. We just want them to pay out the funeral policy so we can put my mother to rest. They also keep on phoning "my mother" on her telephone to "finalize the claim submitted".. How do you want to speak to my mother? I told them many times that they have to contact ME, but they do not listen. I see that as someone that does not care, only care for your monthly payment and not what happens to a family that just lost her mother, friend, grandma..

I received an email after enquiring about Garcinia Total Diet from a Jenna B.

She assured me that I only need to pay for the shipment for the 2 products to South Africa.

So I placed an order on the 14th of June, paid the shipment for the 2 products and waited.

Last week when I started to ask about my order, I get NO response from emails or "customer support".. they just do not exist!!

So, Saturday 1 June 2017 I received an SMS that this company - Garcinia Total Diet RESERVES money on my account - R1338.35.

I NEVER signed or gave them authority to deduct money again from my account - so I had to go into the bank, spent 2 hours, cancelling my card, getting a new card and still could not stop the money going through my account.

It is now with Fraud at ABSA so I hope they will be able to help me get my money back.

So please people, do NOT order anything from this Jenna B or from Garcinia Total Diet as they just rob you of your money..

O and.. to date, still NO delivery.. probably will never ever see it.. and for a fact, I do not want anything from them!!
