Impossible to get hold of any person in this company. As a travel agency I need to get my Clients visas approved.
It has been two weeks since I've started my application for private vehicle finance from wesbank. The communication were none existing for the first week! After that emails came in drips and drags one email a day requesting a signature or some sort of verification! I already flew to Bloemfontein to collect the vehicle, only to find that I've wasted my time and money! Now a week later the icontract is signed, the deposit were payed into wesbanks account (with immediate payment from absa to fnb) Literally everything possible was done from my side and the sellers side as quick as possible. Only to find the very poor service in return!!! What finally broke me, was that after I thought that I have done everything possible I got an email yesterday 8pm requesting the owner of the resident where I am staying to fill in a form verifying I do stay there. I understand that this is procedure and all, but really they had all my documents for two weeks laying around there!!!! They should know what to request from the client once they received my documents!!!! Now it is again friday, and probably the payment will once again not be proccessed untill next wee**** This is really frustrating and the worst client service I have ever received!!!! And I am already paying insurance for the vehicle since tuesday, as they requested proof of insurance before I get to sign the icontract!!!! I will strongly disadvice you from using wesbank private finance!!!!!
<p>It is really nice to purchase a new vehicle and know that everything in your nearly half a Million rand Amarok is new and perfect. And that was my feeling about my Amarok. Untill last week 25 June 2017 when I closed my back door after loading my baggage on the rear seat, my rear window shattered in a million pieces. I was shocked! I took the vehicle to my nearest VW dealership where they logged a claim on their system. It is now more tha a week that I am driving with my Amarok without a rear window, in the dust and in the rain! Everyday I phone the dealership to follow up on this problem and all they can say is sorry sir we're still waiting for a reply and they can't do anything. This is extremely frustrating, so I decided I'll try and do something about it! </p>
