Bought a trx3 receiver More than two weeks ago. Promised delivery the next day. Nothing happened. then said they have the wrong one and delivery will be in two day. Then no delivery again and said they have it now and delivery next day or the day after. From the till now, 4 days later i get no response on my queries and my refund request is ignored. Think it time to involve SAPS and go legal
Can not believe the service i get on my current claim, outstanding for almost a month already. A person was send to remove my lightning damaged equipment more than 15 days ago and still no update. He actually wanted to remove my alarm system to go and check what the problem is. Had to stop him. Send e mails to query but absolutely no response
The worst service ever. Promissed two day gas geyser installation but it took then 28 days to complete. Then one brand new geyser did not work. Took them a week to get to site, 3 days to check and still failed to get it working. Promissed to refund me on one geyser if i buy and install myself. Did so and had no issues at all. Never received the refund as promissed. Had to take them to court to get my refund, almost 6 months down the line. Not even a SORRY
Wife took her car in for quote on repairs. In the morning when she starts the engine smoke was visible at the exhaust for a while and then it was fine. When she took it in they wanted to see the smoke and she explained it was only in the morning when she first started the car. Told her to leave the car for the night and they will check the next morning, She was informed by the mechanic that they need to open the engine to see whats wrong. Got a quote for R17700-00 as apparently the valve stems had to be cleaned, the crank had to be polished, the head had to be pressure tested and what have you. They promised the engine would be like new and the problem sorted. Only wanted to give a three months guarantee but when we told them we will take it somewhere else, they agreed to 6 months. Said we will have to pay R2000-00 if we do not accept the quote. Four weeks later, after taking the car back twice, it is now smoking even when you start it during the day. We were told it is now black smoke and not white as before so they did their job. According to them the case was closed as it is an old vehicle and all models of that age smoke. Its a 2005 BMW320i. The next day i mailed them to request copies of the parts quoted for and they ignore me flat-out. They also do not want to accompany me to BMW to show that vehicles of a 2005 model do not smoke and this is not normal as stated by them. I want to take my vehicle to AA to check if the job quoted and paid for was actually done because why refuse to give me copies of the parts invoices. I will not even take my wheelbarrow to them to service and will warn people about this service centre as far as i go. Wrote to Bosch Africa and i am waiting for their response
