This firm is Exceptionally Outstanding!! If I could have given them a 10 star I would have!! If you’re looking for the Best Knowledgeable, No nonsense, determined and committed lawyer then look no further!! Mrs. ML Schoeman is the lawyer for you!! She is an excellent lawyer with a thorough knowledge of the law!! This legal firm is very professional and give extra ordinary service!! They keep their client up to date, and informed, and explain everything very clearly to you, making you feel at ease at all times during the legal proses!! They were always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. We have never seen a lawyer who does such thorough preparation, and investigation for a phenomenal strategy to secure a victorious outcome!!! We highly recommend Mrs.ML Schoeman to assist you in any legal issue!! You WON’T get better!!! We will never make use of another lawyer again!!
We had an horrific experience at Mabula lodge. There was another unhappy family that checked out after 1 night, and they paid for a week. I wanted to talk and lodged a complaint at top managment and all that the could say was that they will give more training to the staff and look into it. They did not give me the opportunity to talk to top managment. I feel very upset and that we wasted our money. What a Ripp off.

I will never make use of Cem Air again. I had a flight with CemAir on 23/9/2023 CemAir 5Z0454 (AC8VCW) This was disgusting, utterly disapointing, unprofessional and a waste of money!!! Firstley I booked a morning flight due to an appoinment for 23/9/2023. Booked in July already!!! I booked extra legroom seats and they confirmed all is booked, and ready for our flight!! Then CemAir informed us that they cancelled the morning flight and only made it an afternoon flight. We changed and arranged everything due to this. When we got to O.R.Tambo Airport and checked in our luggage, there was a problem at the check-in couter!! The consultant informed us that we dont have the extra legroom seat anymore (eventhough I booked it and, confirmed it again with them on another occacian and then flights changed and again I confirmed the extra legroom seats with a consultant a day before the flight. I phoned on Wednesday and again a day before the flight they confirmed all good and booked. I also checked in the day before the flight. At the check-in counter the printer also did not work to print stickers for my suitcase!! The consultant stuggled with the printer, and then after +/- 15min he asked someone to help him. He then said he canot print n sticker for my suitcase because Im travling with my dad. I asked him is everything going to be okay with my lugage and he said YES!!!!!! Then our flight was delayed with an hour!!! After we had to change our plans from the morning to the aftternoon!!! Now the flight was delayed because it came from PE!! Im sure they where well aware that the flight where coming from PE why did they not do time management??? As we got to the aircraft and board my dad had to help all the passangers sitting around us with there laugage to put it up in the storage compartment because there where no flight attendants to help!! We also had to help a lady with an ill and mentally disabled passanger which she struggled to get him to his seat!! So WE helped her!! The passangers on my left actually said that they hope CemAir gave us our tickets for free because my dad and myself had to do the cabin crew's jobs. Never the less. When the airhostess started the emergency drill she couldnt stop laughing over the microphone because she didnt know what to call the emergency information pamphlet behind every seat. She had to ask a passanger what do you call the emergency information sheat!!!!! (Very unprofessional). The people in the row next to me said I hope I take photos of my knees showing why I booked extra legroom already in July!! When we got to George and collected our luggage we saw that my suitcase was all wrapped up in CemAir tape!!!!! My dad and myself could not understand why, and maybe thought it was due to the fact that they could not print stickers and labels for my suitcase!! When we got home we discovered with a big disgrace that CemAir broke my whole suitcase!!!!!!!!! Disgustingly broke my whole suitcase, did not tell me anything, and just wrapped it with tape!!!!!!! The suitcase is broken and zip totally striped!!! I then had no suitcase to get back to Pretoria and to travel further with!!! I did report this immediately to Cem Air and sent several e-mails. Cem Air refused to help me and did not even worry that I had no suitcase for the rest of my holiday and that I had to travel with pladtic bags for the rest of my holiday. My whole family is in the tourism industry and I would not recommend to ever travel with Cem Air. I wasted my money on my flight tickets and had damages and losses of goods. CemAir also tried to shift the blame to OR Thambo Airport services. Im utterly disappointed in CemAir service.

<p>I was on my way to a wedding with S.A Ailink from Wonderboom Airport to Cape Town. After the flight was delayed for 3hours when we eventually got on to the plane it was said that the aeroplane is to heavy and 6 passangers should get off. Myself and my friend volunteered to get off but the crew stopped us and said we must go and sit again. I was brought up in avaiation but never in my life have I felt so unsave and stressed out on a flight. We missed the surprise Bac****tte Party and sundowner coctails at Blouberg.</p>
