I called in to change some details on my policy, spoke to Collen Ntlailane, and he was fantastic, helped me out, advised me, and was quite knowledgeable on vehicles. Everything got sorted out on one call efficiently. Well done, Miway
who do we escalate problems too? why do we have to wait to weeks for a simple response?
i have had the same problem now, not only did they double debit my account, they debited my othe bank account of which they dont have permission to debit at all. i call their support desk and get a very weak resonce and zero answers to my questions. i want sombody to contact me and give me answers!!!! im also going to be canceling my 3 contracts and my entire family and some friends are prepared to leave with me to another provider. i also resell Vodacom business products that will be stopping as of today already and i will be moving my clients ASAP!. iv been a customer of Vodacom since they opened and this is the lasts traw for me!!! service stinks!
Im a long time Vodacom customer with a very expensive bill that i pay every month! i called the call center 2 weeks ago and complained that i have got virtually no signal at home they asked me for 5 affected cell numbers, i gave them more than 7!!! i was told they would escalate and i would hear back in a week, they called in a week to tell me that my device is not compatible... i have S8, Nokia, 3 different generation modems, and an Iphone 7 that all dont connect? when i said that i would move my contracts to another provider they didn't seem to bothered. i have all the calls recorded should anybody want them. i dont see why a company the size of vodacom cant get signal to a little hill right next to Bedfordview, im surrounded by towers and everybody that has any other network gets great signal. why is it so hard to pay for a service and then receive it from a provider? why is it that i pay you every month on time and in full when i receive not even half a service does this not breach contract? does this not fit into the consumer act somewhere? why does a person always need to know somebody that works inside a company to get something done??? please please with tears in my eyes can somebody get back to me with action steps
<p>Enviroserv truck driver drove into my car in February 2017, couldn’t be bothered to even get out the truck after he hits my car. says to me call the office with the truck number. </p> <p>I did, it’s now July and I’m still trying to get them to send an assessor out or to respond.</p> <p>they answer the phone and when I speak to the gent in charge of this, I get told, "I’ll call you back in 30min"</p> <p>still waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
