I am so disappointed in FNB i have not subscribe tot his dating site that cost me nearly a R1000,00. I was curious and register and before you could go any further you had to provide your banking details. I want my refund i am single now and did not even go onto that website further. I have cancelled it becuse i have asked them for a refund and they said i must cancel it. Now no refund really? How can they not help me? Ask the site then if i was on that site ever??? After payment was made. Please help me out here i will really change banks and i am with fnb for 38 years. I would suggest to reconsider this really now.
I need an immediate correction on my loan account 400074375043 regarding the interest charges app**** which I have fully settled. On 25/03/2025 I made the final payment to settle this loan, ensuring that all outstanding amounts were cleared. However, despite this, I have noticed that additional interest has been added to my account, which I find highly concerning and unacceptable. I request that FNB: Reverse any incorrectly charged interest or fees if they were app**** in error. I trust that FNB will address this matter with urgency and professionalism. Should I not receive a satisfactory resolution within 7 working days, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman.
Why cant i reverse a debit order? The bank must have the authority?????Afrimobile is a lot of *******. I want my money returned I have received no cellphone and I told them to cancel the contract.

I am very dissapointed in the quality of my reading glasses and sunglasses i got from SpecSavers, Woodbridge. My sunglasses bends for no reason my reading glasses arm broke off yesterday. I got these in March 2024. Every time i have to go in and have it repaired. Really i think it is poor quality, I will never use specsavers again. These glasses cost me alot of money. Make sure of the quality then and I heard that they make a 100 % and more profit??
They send me a link to pay and it throws me off I need my packagae asap. I dont get hold of them???what do i do now????

I am very satisfied how FNB handled my complaint thank you very much. I had to fill in a form and the e-mail i have sent it to it keeps on returning to me I have put in another e-mail i hope they received it as i have only 5 days. I am really happy how FNB compensated me. I am afraid they did not get my signed letter would love the compensation.
I am very dissapointed in FNB how they handled my ***** case. I got an sms today my ***** case has been finalized. Really when the consultant told me there is still funds left i told him to tell capitec to freeze that account. He did not. I got n e-mail back tell me it is finalized because there were no funds left. Really dissapointed.
