Capfin will call you at 6am and a million times for an account that is not even yours. The calls started last week and I have been telling them that it’s the wrong number but they keep calling. My question is why don’t they do their checks to make sure that they are getting ahold of the right person. Capfin stop calling me I have never opened an account with you
I have been getting more than 10 calls a day from absa agents wanting to speak to someone I no longer work with. I have told them millions of times that its the wrong number and they will call me back 30mins later. Can I not be harassed for something I dont know and a debt thats not mine. I am not even that much of a support of Absa because they failed to pay out my mom's funeral cover apon her death so the last thing I need is to get calls from a company that has poor service and empathy. Get my numbers out of your system
The service I received from the contact center was horrible as I ordered a bedding set for a friend that has a surprise housewarming party. The order was placed on the 16th of June and paid for in full and has not updated or been delivered I called the contact center 5 times on two different days to follow up on my order as it has not been updated since the 16th of June it still says that it's being packed at the Warehouse. The agents I spoke with were very rude, condescending, and lacked the patience to assist. I kept on being told that it will be delivered today and today I looked at the order it still says Packed at the warehouse. The present will now not be present which is very disappointing as Homechoice was trusted by the family but the service from the reps was dismissive and annoying I would like my order, please. I am not happy and I would like to know when I will get the present that is not gonna be a present anymore. BAD SERVICE..............
<p>After waiting a whole week after I claimed my Insurance. I had to call Csurance, calling them and having to wait for a consultant for 1hour each and everytime I call them. I called them yesterday to follow up and all my documents were proper. Nothing was explained to me properly. Even tried to find out if emails would be faster BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANT EMAILS ARE EVEN SLOWER. I have not had a phone for the past 2 weeks now, but shockingly they will never be late or delay to debit the insurance from my bank account. I have wasted a tremedous amount of time trying to fix this. I called them today from 3pm until 4:45 waiting for the next available consultant when I got through to someone I gave her my ticket number, she confirmed my ID number and placed me on hold from 4:47- 5:03pm. She broke her hold and kept quite, I said hello she just kept quite and dropped the phone on my ear. AFTER HAVING WAITED SUCH A LONG TIME TO GET HELP, TO HAVE SOMEONE JUST DROP OR HANG UP JUST LIKE THAT IS DISGUSTING, IT IS APPALLING. I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE AND I HAVE GOTTEN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EACH TIME WHEN CALLING C SURANCE......................APPALLING APPALLING APPALLING I would never wish for anyone to go through this at all...............</p>
