The service i received was pathetic. I requested a part last week Friday and received a message on Monday asking me what i wanted after i already put in the details on the website of what i needed. (i rep**** again of what i needed) Someone eventually contacted me yesterday via whatdapp (Tuesday) telling me they are checking for the part and no further feedback received and today (Wednesday) i received message asking me if im still interested... really 1 message a day and no further communication is very poor service... Pathetic company and customer service .... probably dont even mind a 1 star review coz at least they get a star right...

<p>HUGE issue within Vodacom. I phoned cancellation s dept and requested settlement letters on 4 contracts i HAD with vodacom 2 years ago. After speaking to 7 different consultants at 3 different departments one lady at cancellations answered the phone asn asked me who Mr Settlement Letter was...I mean really. She works with that all day long and still doenst know who or what a settlement letter is. </p> <p> </p> <p>They told me that im no on the system as i dont have an active contract but i still suppose to get settlement letters on old accounts</p> <p> </p> <p>After explaininig the situation the consultant put down the phone in my ears.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please send me my settlement letters as it still shown on ITC and i need to remove that and this is F**KING ridiculous</p>
