Factory mall of africa not processing my payflex refund. I recently return a factory item that i bought online on 15/12/2025 till today i have not yet receive my refund and payflex is saying they did not receive any refund. when i contact Factory they claim that they processed my refund, if they processed it why is it not reflecting on my payflex. The tellers at factory mall of africa are very *********** because i return to cotton on the same order and my refund was processed same day. but from Factory they did not process
The Delivery driver never came but claimed that he came , where i am working its 24 hours 7 days a week working factory and there are security personell at the gate, they said he never came no my order was taken back
I finished paying for my 12 month hamper, to my surprise today when i arrive home i found another hamper delivered without my knowledge. i explain very clearly to the person over the phone that i dont want their product anymore because it does not work on my skin. how do i return their package. i dont want them to deduct my money anymore.
i brought my polo 1.0 2019 model for service on02 february 2023, now my car is stuck, when i was driving it couldnt change gears it was just stuck on neutral. i thougjt we take cars for service to avoid such things not to create problems, but it seems like i have created a problem for myself by servising my car at vw hatfield. now i have a car that i cant drive after paying R9300 for service just less than a montj the car is giving me problems.
