I wish i could chose zero stars. I'm on a cell c contract where if I call 0860 numbers I get charged ontop and above of my contract. Thats fine, but whenever I call standard banks "customer service centre" I have to hold for 20minutes which costs me a fortune. Today ive tried three times already. Two 20min calls and 1 5min call and now ive spend almost R200 waiting and i still didn't get helped. I made a payment of a lot of money and I need to see why I can't send a pop. This is alotnof my money on the line and now I must spend even more money trying to make sure the money is transfered ok. Ive used my sb app but I can't send a pop. Whose liable for that money??? Ive been trying for over 2 hrs to contact sb between fb messenger and trying to call.
hi ive been trying to buy my new camera for 3 weeks now. Sony released a cash back sale which ended in 1 week and there is no news on when the ceeas will arrive. I havnt been able to order because apparently the stock is stuck in customs. Ive ordered plenty of electronic from other companies and I received my goods in 2 days. This is an epic fail for the retail giants and not what I expected. Perhaps I'll move to cannon
I would just like to inform the public of the horrific "craftsmanship" I received from Adrians Custom Furniture found through the Facebook marketplace. After spending close on 4k to have this handmade for my girlfriend and after waiting 2 months (we were told 2 weeks) this unit was made so badly and weak that it didn't even make it through my bedroom door. When I called Adrian immedietly to ask why it's falling apart, He told me it was not he's problem, blamed it on the movers and then proceeded slammed the phone down in my ear. If You look at the images below, even an amateur builder will tell You that this unit was built to break. He used cheap wood and soft nails and glue. Not even 1 *****. Absolutely appauling. If you're thinking of using him I'd throw caution to the wind as not only does his attitude and customer service absolutely stink but he's work is of very poor quality. He also smugly informed me that he makes R150k a month. I'm guessing this is from doing sloppy work and having zero customer support when the unit breaks. We were going to do the "small claims court" route but decided to save the fuss/time/stress and get a new unit (for half the price and absolutely sturdy) This post is all I have to show for my 4k loss but I'll call it a win if I can atleast warn others of making the same mistake.

I was telemarketed telephonically and sold a package for 30gigday/30gignight and reassured that after 3 months I could upgrade to uncapped. When trying to do so 3 months later I was told that there was a restriction on my tower and that I could not migrate. I have spend the last year on the phone and countless hours and money with more then several call centre agents and their superiors holding on to empty promises of calling Me back to follow up. 1 that I remember is Aaron Naidoo. I Did request the recorded call which I still have attatched and after sending this to Telkom was told that they could not help Me where it is clearly audable and obvious that I was sold an empty promise. To make matters worse, the most recent time I've called I was notified that uncapped Internet is not even possible in my area now.
