ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED - Thieves and liars.
Okay Here is the story... I stopped using them because i pay a delivery fee of R150(supposed to be 3-5 working days) to wait 2 weeks to get my delivery so i put a review on here explaining my dissatisfaction. After a few months, they come and ask me to change my review, That its not their fault, its the delivery companies? How is it their fault? I said well maybe you should use better couriers then? So then they send me a R1500 Voucher to try to get my service back because i probably spend about 5k here a month so they realized i was a valued customer. So the delivery from the voucher came the next day(they sent it overnight showing me that they can do better than 2 weeks) but after that their service was disgusting, the second time i ordered after the voucher they didn't give a heck, Took yet again 2 million years to receive my product AND it was absolutely appalling quality for what i paid for. But i think hey let me give them another chance so i asked them to advise me on what to get and then they again send me disgusting product, its like i can go buy it off the side of the road quality, AND then it takes like 2 weeks again to deliver and they say something went wrong in the "processing my order" Which is complete BULL! I ewalleted them so they took the money they DIDN'T "PROCESS", and did they think "oh hey this ewallet came from nowhere, im so lucky people are sending me R1.500k out of the blue oh lucky me" NO! That money u drew was to process my order not just some random person sending you money. Oh and the story doesn't end here either. They promised to refund me for their disgusting service and disgusting products, And when i asked them 2 WEEKS LATER why they haven't done what they said yet? They go and say "Sorry about this, can you explain what you relieved or didn't receive so i cant sort this out?" LOL so obviously they didn't refund me, They don't care about their customers and will wave a voucher in your face to get you to use them again and then after they will make ur experience **** again.

Horrible & DISPICACABLE service.
Sorbet at Clearwater mall, Roodepoort branch ruined my experience to EVER use a sorbet company ever again. A "manager" for this branches name is Nozzy/Nazzy/ Shabalala. NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I SUPPORT A SORBET EVER AGAIN. I had an appointment with them at 12 pm on the 14th of February, So they call me about 20 minutes before my appointment and ask me if I can cancel my appointment and I said no? Why would I want to? Then she says no someone canceled for tomorrow and then I said huh? Then she said okay bye so I show up there only 5 minutes late which is normal for any business to have. And all of a sudden she says I can't have my appointment anymore because I was 5 minutes late? Then she starts getting rude and doesn't even ask me to rebook she gets nasty so I ask for the manager, she then says she is the manager, the way she was talking to me have me a full blown panic attack and all of the ladies working there started laughing at me. Then they call security to get us out the shop when we didn't even do anything in fact one lady even put her hands on my boyfriend and threatened him because we were upset that they treated us like they did. So we came to the conclusion she tried to fit someone in she wasn't supposed to and tried to make us look like the bad guys. It was a terrible experience and I won't support that business ever again. And the owners of sorbet WILL be hearing from us.

IN TERRIBLE PAIN :(
They burnt my skin under my eyebrows and then i Whatsapped them this morning to ask what do i do and showed them a picture and they just blue ticked me and didn't respond....

DISGUSTED
Cashconverters at Greenstone mall. Sells us a phone with peoples banking details on it, and doesn't even receive or retrieve incoming calls. Absolutely disgusting service, Sales people busy gossiping about their customers in a different language right in front of us like we don't understand. The sales persons name was innocent and the manager wasn't even helpful. Who talks about their customers in front of them?

Disappointed
Takes forever to deliver, The only reason i use them is cause of the quality of the product. How can it cost be over R100 for more than 2-5 (11) working days delivery? When i can order from any company who has such high delivery fees, They usually deliver in 2 days?
