I had the most wonderful experience today with Jaylene Appel of King Price insurance. My car completely packed up and I needed a towing service to have it repaired. Jaylene was super friendly, explained the procedure clearly and succinctly. The King Price team organized everything and kept me informed throughout. I am so grateful and would like to highly recommend this team to everyone who drives a car! Many thanks Jaylene and everyone else involved!
I have ordered two Nordic coat hangers, and although it took a long time to arrive, it eventually did. They are made of pressed wood, not pure wood, but is very pretty. I am grateful for the delivery.
I ordered and paid for a pair of Nike Wildhorse 7 shoes on 6 April 2021, and it was shipped and received at South African customs on 14 April 2021. RunnerInn order # 22553164. Due to covid it was said that it will take unusually long as there was a big backlog at customs. RunnerInn, under TradeInn, does not provide any contact detail so that I can find out if the parcel was returned and if they could resend it to me. The chat bot just says there is no information wrt the order or tracking nr (RU870316627NL I really wish that I could receive my shoes.
I ordered and paid for 2 Nordic wood coat hangers from Reliable online store on 6 September 2022. It promised that delivery is free. Order nr 50315. 10 days later I followed up on email to ask when I can expect delivery, and I received an email the next day to say expected delivery is 30 September 2022. Today I received a sms message from IPS that I need to pay R40 import duty on an order nr different to the one above, so I will not pay it because they do not describe the item and they are again asking for my delivery address and card details. I suspect fraud. So there are 2 issues here: 1. Online orders take very long to be delivered. 2. Will I eventually receive my order? Please be careful if you want to use this company.

After installing vibre & wifi with Vumatel & CoolIdeas respectively (great service all!), I cancelled my Telkom weekender telephone and adsl account on 21 December 2016. The cancellation includes the required cancellation form and a copy of my SA ID.

I pay the monthly instalment of R927 with a debit order. When I received an invoice from Telkom in January, I sent another cancellation email on 6 Feb 2017. Invoices remained streaming in monthly, with the last invoive received last week 13 July. I have sent cancellation emails on 14 Mar 2017, 3 Apr 2017, 13 Apr 2017 and 22 May 2017. I have also tried to get hold of someone telephonically, but that is not how the cancellation process works. One can get hold of 'accounts' representatives, but all they do is to tell me my account is still active. From there side they cannot do anything to assist with my cancellation.

Telkom by now owes me over R6 000, and given the experience up to now, there is little hope that my account will be cancelled soon.

Is there any advice on next steps to take? Would be much appreciated!
