Read ALL reviews before buying from this organisation.
This organisation also operates under the name TRADEINN. Read ALL reviews - for both RUNNERINN and TRADEINN - particularly if you intend buying from South Africa (as this organisation is based in Spain). RUNNERINN may work for other countries - but certainly not for South Africa where RUNNERINN uses the SA Post Office as their agent. Plus - be prepared to pay the additional cost of South African Import Duties and VAT - which comes as a (very expensive) surprise to the average person. If you read ALL the reviews - and then still buy from RUNNERINN / TRADEINN - you could be writing the next review.

RUNNERINN may work for other countries - but certainly not for South Africa where RUNNERINN uses the SA Post Office as their agent. PARCEL MISSING
I order shoes on RunnerInn online website on the 12th January. after 6 month I'm still waiting for my parcel. No feedback , no customer service, No one can tell me where is the parcel and No one can refund me. My order Nr 36131016 My Telephone nr 0829200620

Beware and do not buy from RunnerInn ( trade inn)
Bought shoes from runnerinn ( trade inn). The order took around 2 months, they ask for home address yet deliver to post office and we were charged 750 rands from post office ( duty fees) for an order of shoes worth 1600 rands . They whole experience was terrible and the company does not even have any or good support l!! Please do not buy from this site.

Bought shoes from runnerinn ( trade inn). The order took around 2 months, they ask for home address yet deliver to post office and we were charged 750 rands from post office ( duty fees) for an order of shoes worth 1600 rands . They whole experience was terrible and the company does not even have any or good support l!! Please do not buy from this site.

Pair of Nike Wildhorse 7 has not arrived after 1.5 years!
I ordered and paid for a pair of Nike Wildhorse 7 shoes on 6 April 2021, and it was shipped and received at South African customs on 14 April 2021. RunnerInn order # 22553164. Due to covid it was said that it will take unusually long as there was a big backlog at customs. RunnerInn, under TradeInn, does not provide any contact detail so that I can find out if the parcel was returned and if they could resend it to me. The chat bot just says there is no information wrt the order or tracking nr (RU870316627NL I really wish that I could receive my shoes.

I will never use them again!!
I will never use them again, as i was not aware of the added import duties and VAT that I had to pay to get my product...this made it far more expensive than if I had bought locally...BEWARE!!!! It also took several months for the parcel to reach South Africa.

Missing parcels not insured!!
They don't advise on which postal company they will be using and they don't take out any insurances on parcels, so my parcel went missing in South Africa because they used the cheapest and worst postal services, SA Post Office and after investigation, I found out they don't take out insurances on parcels, they did not even bother to compensate on anything. So I lost my parcel and a refund................ NOT ON!
