BE CAREFUL of hidden charges.
Was quoted a price from them. Then as you book they slowly add in multiple fees. Flights were quoted at R18000, ended up paying R22000 at the end of the process. Some hidden fees like Amex charges, processing fees, added in luggage fees even though it stated included in the first quote. BE CAREFUL!!!

No power for 3 days and counting.
Power tripped at 8pm on Thursday night. Someone came on Friday from municipality and said he needs ucket truck to get to the top of the pole. Saturday someone else came and said there's power at the pole but no power at the meter so there's a cable break so someone else must come find cable break. Sunday no one came and was told it tough on weekends coz of short staff and this is a long weekend. In the meantime I have had no power for 3 days. Poor service from ethekwini municipality.

Worst Assessors in South Africa.
They were appointed to attend to my burglary claim and used little to know common sense with how the person got into the property. They also gave the wrong information to the insurance company and the claim was only partially paid out. Lost R110 000 due to their incompetence.

CLOSE THIS COMPANY!!!
I placed an order in April 2021 and have still not received the item, 3 months later. Ii followed up and received an apology. I requested a refund and got no response ? Similar products can be found locally at a cheaper price.

Poor service delivery and customer care
Online system is not user friendly as I could not make a payment. I asked for bank details and made payment. I was communicating with a rude lady (Dianne) who clearly doesn't know email etiquette. Their accounts system took several days to update the parcel for collection after payment was made on Monday. Today is Friday and they finally collected but stated the weight is 0.8 KG more but charged almost 5 times more than originally quoted. I will now be forced to pay the new quote to get my parcel in dbn. Will NEVER use or recommend to anyone.
