Worst Assessors in South Africa.
They were appointed to attend to my burglary claim and used little to know common sense with how the person got into the property. They also gave the wrong information to the insurance company and the claim was only partially paid out. Lost R110 000 due to their incompetence.

Never do business with Rudi Witteveen
They are unreliable, he came to my house to do assessment on the lighting damaged goods, he took them in. I told him I need the Computer back ( the parts that are still working) he said its fine he will do the assessment and write the report as soon as he is done. I waited for a week, I did not hear anything, no report on how far he is whatsoever, I sent a mail, waited for 2 days and got no response, had to call in and ask how far they are. 2 Weeks went by and still nothing, sent a mail again and no response, had to call in again after 2 days. They do not respond on your calls, take forever just for an assessment. Even the insurance companies are complaining about them. Its been 2 months now and I still do not have any replacements of the damaged goods !
