On the 7th of November 2023 I received an sms that of I upgrade before the 15th of November 2023 I will receive a takealot voucher. That same day (7th of November) I upgraded and MTN told me I must wait for the promotion to end and then I will receive my voucher. After about a week I asked again and they told me they are still running the promotion I must wait for it to end. It is now February 2024. I phoned them and they keep transferring me to different departments. Eventually they said the max capacity of voucher has been reached. Is this how you run promotions? Cannot keep to your promises? Been a customer with MTN for 10 years!!
We are so fed up with WesBank. We have been struggling for almost a year now to try and get the ownership documents of my deceased mother's car. We have sent them several emails, when you phone it takes 40 minutes before someone answers only to hear that they cannot help over the phone. When you send them emails it takes 3 days for them to response and every time it is the same respond stating that they require certain documents. The documents have been sent several times, we even did a payment which they required back in April and still we are waiting for the papers. I won't finance with WesBank ever!
So I am waiting 3 weeks for reply from MTN sent several emails and still waiting for feedback. Complained on Hellopeter 21st October 2021 and no has even gave me one word of feedback!!! Is there still people working at MTN??
Deeply disappointed with MTN service lately. I am a customer for almost 10 years now. I was at MTN store in Diamond Pavillion Mall Northern Cape Kimberley. I went on the 5th October for an upgrade on the Samsung A32 with the Samsung Active watch 2. The watch was not in stock and they placed an order for me telling it will take about 7 days. The next week I had to keep phoning every time to ask of the stock have arrived. No one would phone back to give feedback. I phoned nearly 4 times and every time they say to phone the next day. On monday 18th October I phoned again and they told me that the active watch 2 is discontinued!!! I mean I placed an order two weeks before and now I have to phone again without them giving me feedback knowing that I am waiting for the watch. They told me they are expecting the active watch 4 to arrive and they will let me know. On Wednesday 20 October I phone again and guess what, they have received the stock but no one gave a damn to phone me to tell me that!! Now they are saying that the active watch 4 is not coming with the Samsung A32. Thank you for wasting two and a half weeks of my time and excitement. I was just saying the other day that I never had any problems with MTN and now completely changed my mind.
I cant believe the service from Takealot. I ordered an item from them and as I ALWAYS do, I choose the Delivery option and then when it normally arrives earlier I go to the collect point and collect it myself as I ALWAYS did before. This time arround I had to contact Takealot to ask for any update on my order, waited 7 days for the item and when it arrived and wanting to collect it they told me" I am not allowed to collect my OWN item and must wait for delivery. What nonsense is this?? Waited in anticipation for this item just to hear I am not allowed. I was SO furious. Wasted 25 minutes on the phone for customer care as well. This is unacceptable, and to think I chose Takealot over another company and recommended it to a friend. Will withdraw that recommendation!!
Don't ever open an account with them, we regret it till this day. Had bad service from the beginning. The people working there don't even know how to explain what details are shown on the slips when making an account payment. Their rental percentage are ridiculous. End of August our outstanding was about R500, end of October we wanted to close and then it spiked to over R800. We payed what we could October, so the outstanding was about R130. Now end of November it's R370 again??? You are adding extra fees if you close the account before the contract ends!! You are robbing the people House and Home. We could finally close the account and will never go there again.
I am very disappointed with Game / RCS. They are quick to phone and offer me services over the phone but when I needed to increase my limit and went into the store they could not help me. In lockdown I applied for the loss of income. Have sent through the needed documents twice. Never heard anything from them but they kept deducting from my account. When I wanted to buy something last week on my account it was blocked due to the loss of income I claimed. When I wanted to unblock it they could not help me because it was on a Sunday so I could not buy the things I needed. I sent them an email the next day, tried to phone but no answer. I work untill 17:00 and when I went in store again they still could not help because they do not work after 17:00. I am very disappointed, I have dialed out many of my airtime and still my account is still blocked. In that case I can rather go and buy at other stores and support them.
Please close your doors. We cant phone you because your phone lines not working. Cant get support because you do not respond to my emails. When complaining on HelloPeter then you phone back but then here nothing again. Your service suck. I went to reverse my Debit order but the bank cannot do that. I want someone to phone me back and I want my refund !!!!
Never buy from these guys!!! They take chances with people! My friend bought a nice VW Transporter by them. Had it for 3 months and the whole engine broke. They sent it to a recommended dealer. They let Webuycars know it broke and are in for assessment. That was before lockdown. After lockdown they got the damage report and it was almost as much as the car. Webuycars said they must claim from their extended warranty. The warranty only covered 1/3 of the damage. Webuycars refuses to help them in any matter and their excuses are that the problem was reported after 6 months but it was reported withing 3 months. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them!!
Can someone from Rain please wake up and phone me back. I have left 12 emails. Each time you respond on here saying you will call me!!!
