We get to OR Tambo to check in our bags. They tell us the "conveyor belt" is not working so we can just leave our bags by the side & someone will fetch them. We arrive in Bulawayo and our bags are not there. We are told the bags will come with the evening flight! However we can't collect them in the evening we have to come in the morning, so they take down our contact details. First question, what happens if I was on a connecting flight because this is absurd!!!? We return in the morning exactly at the time I happen to receive a call at 9.20 stating that the bags have arrived. We wait for an hour while they keep saying the bags are at "customs". Parking is charged at 2USD per hour by the way. When we are finally called to fetch our bags there's a book that needs to be signed, an argument ensues between 2 employees who don't want to share a pen. This one lady is insisting she needs her pen while she is just standing idle and all we needed was to just sign? The male employee who leads us to "customs", (a very small corner office with one employee) our bags had clearly only arrived with the plane that landed at 10 am so why lie & call us at 9.20??? By the time all is signed & we get our bags (which were clearly never opened by customs) an hour has passed & security wants us to pay 3USD for parking. I absolutely had to fight to not pay for parking because why am I paying for parking 2 days in a row when it was Fastjet's fault for mishandling luggage? Why is there no protocol to wave the parking fee in such circumstances, the parking officials were making it look like it is absolutely impossible to do. On top of this, the book of "mishandled luggage" is thick and almost full, if this happens often why were we not told what to in terms of parking when we return the next day? I can't be the only customer who has experienced this Airports Zimbabwe!!! There were even employees joking on the sidelines about Fastjet always doing this with the luggage. I then spoke to some of the passengers who taken a flight that day as well and guess what their luggage did not arrive with the missing luggage that we received. Our luggage was on their flight but not theirs (only 5 suitcases from our flight by the way.) Fastjet what is going onnn??????
After reading some of the reviews yeah this is no longer a trusted place to go. I was told I have fibroids and need to top up to perform a surgical termination. Told to come back the following week only for the doctor to refuse to terminate the pregnancy saying that the scan shows that I have a big fibroid blocking the entrance of my uterus so they can't do it. The worst part is how she spoke, she practically told me I have no options, said I am wasting my time and money and I must just have the baby. This is how the doctors at Marie Stoppes speak to women now? I then went to a different facility and I was assisted with the surgical termination, no complications no being told to just go have the baby. Sies to that lady! I was not even told try to deal with the fibroids first, because mind you I was only 6 weeks. To be told to just have a baby because of a lump is crazy. This was the Johannesburg branch on the second of July 2024. Please do not continue to subject that doctor to patients. They did not even tell me her name but she had long dark hair either indian or white, couldn't tell if she's mixed.
Before we even get into that the bus was several hours late from Bulawayo to Johannesburg and noone felt the need to notify customers of what was going on... I was horrifically grabbed and dragged by a greyhound porter twice with so much force while he was asking to see my bag sticker. So much so that the rest of the customers were asking him if its necessary to touch me like that. Must he even be touching me at all or he could have just held my bag instead? I dont expect this from a luxury liner it is appalling to say the least. I could forgive the time issues but the porter incident? Please sort your staff out.

I placed an order online for a few groceries. Today I get a call from the delivery guy he says he has my things and he is coming. An hour later I receive another call someone telling me the guy is lost he can't find my address. Fair and fine I try to resolve the issue by directing the guy that's calling, who then has to call the guy that is delivering. Several calls later still the guy can not find my address now simultaneously I can hear the delivery guy complaining on the other end of the phone about this delivery. I ask where the guy is and it turns out he is only a few blocks away so I then tell the guy calling me to tell the delivery guy to stay there and I will walk there to get the groceries, they agree. On arrival at the meeting spot I receive another call the guy says I must walk back because the delivery guy has found my address he is parked outside. Like seriously??. Then I get there and the delivery guy is complaining to me about my address and proceeds to ask me why I even ordered online these few things when I can just go to the shops. 1. I'm sick but that is highly none of his business or to tell me that I could've just gone to the shops? He says he just came because he thought maybe I don't have food? Is this a charitable transaction that I did not pay for???? 2. He says he doesn't have GPS how do they know where they are going? Even still my address has never been that hard to find. 3. He says they do not get given airtime that is why he could not call me. Is the delivery based on the assumption that one is sitting all day outside waiting for the pick and pay van? Hayi bo. He didn't even come at the time slot I had selected online. It is very rude to make it seem like a customer is the problem.
