I asked for them to wash my hard to reach windows. They said they don't do my AREA. On their website - "We service greater Cape Town area and Somerset West etc.". I have lived in my suburb for years now (5km from the HQ of this company), and can confidently say, I live in Cape Town. Somerset West is 40+km away. When pointing this out I was informed that they are so busy that they only concentrating working in the area that they are based. Then please dear company remove the advertising from your website.
They claim to be able to clean up to 4 stories. Man I asked for 3 stories and they said they don't do that high. Really, have you checked your website where you so confidently praise yourselves that you can? Wake up
False advertising at its best. Please do everyone the favour of highlight the fact that you are not interested in cars older then 15 years, or cars that have more than 180 000km on the clock. Now you sit with people private information because you have to fill in all this info, but you were never going to give the go ahead anyway. So the bulls*t of 1000 offers is the biggest load of ****. Rather be truthful upfront.
Had an appointment at 8:30am with the Doctor. Receptionist said he is going to be late. Apparently the doctor only lets them know what time he will arrive on the day of appointments. By 9:15 he was still not there. We walked out. There was another patient, her appointment was 8:15. Appointments are 15 minutes each. Which means if the doctor arrived at 9:30, he would only be able to see us at 9:45. How do you make appointments and not see them through. This is utterly disrespectful. This is not how you deal with patients.
Clueless. Been waiting for 2 weeks for books, they assured me it will be here today when I spoke to them yesterday, and suddenly today, they say sorry wait another 2 weeks, the supplier doesn't have stock. Now call me old fashioned, there is no way on the day of dispatch that a supplier will inform Loot they don't have the books? Janine and Amy your attitudes stink, you have no interpersonal skills. Thanks that I could be your Karen for the day. Also don't call people by their first names, when they explicitly asked not to, and don't drop calls while I am still talking. Fun times.
<p>I have had the unfortunate experience to have used Investec to help with a building loan to build my house. Man did I make a mistake. They are clueless, contradictory and belittled me in front of my builder. Jacques (genius head of risk as*****t in the building department is not really as bright as he thinks), has such a bad attitude it boggles the mind. Tip here for people like Jacques that think they are superior to anyone else, treat clients with respect, without us clients you will probably be working at a fastfood joint (which you probably shouldnt, as your people s****s are equall to cold coffee on a winters morning). Taking my business elsewhere after being a client for 5+ years. Hello Standard Bank here I come. Dont bother phoning, I would rather watch paint dry then waste my time talking to you.</p>
