My shocks, tyres and stabilizers where changed by Super tyres and a cranking noise started coming from the left. I made the service provider aware numerous times as I went there but they couldn't hear the noise. I then opted to do my wheel alignment somewhere else and was I formed the tyre on left front where the noise was, was wearing away unevenly. I had another service provider check the cause as supertyres said it's tie rods and rack ends when I went back to them that's after they changed the shock they had installed which was bleeding. Only to find out the stabilizer was damaged and had to have both stabilizers changed again and still have to get 2 new tyres now due to this also.
I recently cancelled my insurance with Iwyze due to dissatisfaction with their service for years especially when it comes to Buildings & TYRE insurance but to my suprise, their cancellation letter they indicate the reason for my cancellation as due to "dissatisfaction with claim rejection"and unfortunately there had been no such. It goes to show how they have lost their customer service standards as I specifically indicated to the consultant that the current claim I will sort out myself as I had requested numerous times for their assistance with no response worse the one time when I had an emergency and I was told its not an emergency claim. I later requested to sort it out myself and it took them months to reimburse me as somehow they had different description which was not related to my claim and funny how the consultant that took down my claim could recall what I had logged and which was not the same as what was written on the system by my allocated advisor. I honestly would not recommend IWYZE to anyone at this point in time, I have been their customer since 2012 but today I can honestly say they are one company one does not need if they want service especially for buildings or home contents insurance.
The company's service is way beyond satisfactory, if you want to flush your money down the drain go with IWYZE. Honestly they never seem to learn from their mistakes, customer service to them is zero as they never provide feedback and even when one follows up, they never give positive response and this takes at least 3wks even with issues that are ermegency. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO INSURE WITH IWYZE WHETHER IS VAPS OR BUILDINGS AS THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. WHEN YOU SEE IWYZE, RUN AS FAR AS POSSIBLE WITH YPUR MONEY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY MONTHLY AND NEVER RESPOND WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMS.
This agency is just dogy, I rented one of their apartments in Pietermaritzburg and upon doing the exit inspection the agent dealing with the apartment indicated that all looked fine and should be realising my deposit within 7 days which was about R11 500 and after 2 months of chasing them, writing e-mail they don't respond to I get a deposit on my account of R2900 with no account as to what happened to the balance and now both the office and cellphone for the agent I was dealing with are just ringing with no one answering. All I need to know is where did the balance go to nd this is after I had paid for a month & a half that I didn't t reside at the apartment as I left a month earlier after giving written notice and even that they didn't even confirm receipt of. Now my deposit is slashed with no explanation.
Most horrible, they are always on time with collecting and yet when it comes to paying claims they seem to loose them in the system or deny they are even there... I would not recommend IWYZE to anyone at the moment as they just want money. Call centre agents aren't helpful either as you hold for more than 30 minutes.
I recently did an upgrade of my contracts with telkom sell direct and funny thing is the data line upgrade was done fine but the cellphone line instead of upgrade I was issued a new additional contract which I don't understand. To make it worse, when the package arrived. I called them back to enquire about the simcard that was included on the package and response I got was that sometimes clients when they get new phones with upgrades, the old sim card does not work hence they have included the simcard. I was told to wait 7days to see if my old simcard stops working if not then I can continue using it ofwhich it never stolped working and I didn't dnt use the new simcard. I just noticed on my bill on Friday that I now have 3 contracts instead of 2. The other sim card was an additional contract and my phone line was never upgraded. This is so annoying and when I request recordings am told it will take 4-7working days which is same time they will come back to me after listening to the recordings themselves. I find this not right as I don't have trust they won't tamper with the recordings as they havd done the wrong thing with my contract upgrade already.
