On Monday 27 January 2020 an instruction was given to Telkom to cut off the telephone and internet of my guest lodge at midnight on the 31st January 2020. The readon for the delayed cut off was because the guest lodge was fully operational and would only cease trading on the 31st therefor communication was essential to maintain turnover. One hour after this instruction was issued the all communication from guest house was cut. Despite numerous visits on the 27th, 29th and 30th with promises from Mr Dumisani as well as the lady in charge to the effect that services would be restored within hours today Friday 31st still no reconnection of our services. We estimate a loss during this 4 days of trading +/- R8000. It must be noted the reason given for thid mistake was entirely the fault of Telkom in that they Telkom incorrectly completed the instruction on their emails. It is unfathomable that it only took 30minutes to cut communications mistakenly but over 5 day period it had been impossible to be reinstated. Good bye Africa
Your Hawaiian pizza is just awful, hardly any cheese, one slice had no pineapple only dried out cheese on it. In fact there was hardly any cheese anywhere.

We purchased a new "Clio" from Renault Nelspruit in November 2015, The only good thing about this deal was the salesman Raymond who attended to the sale with utmost professionalism, That's were the greatness ended. We realised after a few fill ups that this 900 cc vehicle was consuming fuel at a rate of up to 8 km/litre or 12.4ltrs/100km. After leaving the car with the service department for FOUR months in total they finally exchanged the computor and rectified the fault. We then decided that we should upgrade to an automatic Renault "Capture" so we took the vehicle to the sales department for a trade in value. Bearing in mind that the cost of our vehicle was R221,000 and has only done 13400km and we have only had possession of the car for 14 months the offer as a trade in was R140.000

This means that the depreciation on the Clio as far as Multifranchise is concerned works out to !/. R6 per kilometer or 2/. R4500 per month.

And they want you to buy another Renault which will suffer the same rediculously low resale value. Never again !!!!!!!!
