On the 13th of August I took my Kia Rio for service and later on when I got home I realized that the old parts which were replaced where not in the car and I called the Kia service advisor to complain and he told me that the technician forgot to give me the old parts they changed when servicing the car, I told him that I am not happy about the treatment I got and I will bring back the car to them to redo the service again and he said I can bring it back but I will pay for the service again and he was rude to me and every time I took my car for service I get bad treatment from Kia Nelspruit, I'm tired of being treated badly cause I am paying for the service

I sent my car in for service in January. And I only drove the car for less than 6 days and on the 30th of January, the car burnt in the engine. I then towed the car back to the service centre on the 05th of February to get it checked and fixed. I did not get a call until yesterday when I received a message that my engine burnt and I that I need to sign a strip and quote quotation so they can send the engine to engineers for a quote on repairs. The strip and quote amounts to about R7900, and I was also told that I have to pay for the repairs. My concerns are as follows: 1. The car had just come back from service, and now all of a sudden it burnt. What caused the fire? 2. I was not given a proper answer as to what caused the fire. All I was told was that it's either I pay or I tow the car back to where they fetched it. 3. I know nothing about mechanics. I always serviced my car with them. They probably must have done something wrong when servicing the car. 4. Why must I carry the costs of repair if personally did not cause the damage? 5. The consultant (Charmaine) who assisted me was rude and she shouted at me in front of other clients and told me I know what I did the car. I found that very disrespectful and unprofessional. It's not the first time I have experienced sub standard service from her. I am extremely disappointed in the service offered by Kia Multi Franchise in Nelspruit, Riverside Mall. I have never complained about anything about them until this time. I cannot take a car in for service and then it starts doing this, especially burning. I thought that happened to other brands, which I cannot mention their names. All I want is for my car to be fixed because I cannot burn the car myself. I have no reason to do such. I would not recommend any customer to take their cars for service in that branch. There are many other platforms that I am prepared to take this matter if my issue cannot be resolved amicably. I believe that this is unfair to me as a customer because I cannot bring my goods to them and in return they come back with more problems. Mr. NJ Khoza 0832008786

Good day I have booked my mother's car for a service today 26 September 2019 This morning she dropped the car for service around 7:30 am. My uncle called the service department at :14:44 to check if they are done with the service, they said the car is ready we can come and collect the vehicle. My mother gets to Kia at 15:30 the car is not done, they say they don't have oil filter and other parts required for the service. They told her they will take the parts from other cars that didn't show up for the service and the car will be done by 16:30. She spent the whole day waiting for the car and now have to cancel some of her appointments because she now has to wait again for the car This is not the 1st time she experiences a bad service from Kia Nelspruit Kindly please improve the service and communicate to customers Do no take services bookings if there are not enough part for the service Need to frequently update customers on the different stages of the car service process. I would like to thank the sales agent: Mr Themba Nkosi at @Kia_Motors (Nelspruit) for the outstanding customer service and support throughout the two weeks whilst we were shopping for a car. He was patient with us and informed us of all the steps during the purchasing of our Kia Rio. There aren't many salesman like him. Thank you Mr Themba Nkosi @KiaMotorsSA ????????????????????????????????

Thanks Kia Weltevredenpark for making a vehicle purchase such a pleasant experience. You guys are absolutely amazing. The service and helpfulness we received was jaw dropping in the sense that I left there feeling like I made one of the best decisions in my life. Bought both our cars there and the experience was just amazing. Thanks Hyman you are a rock star.

Bought a Renault Duster still under factory warranty and took ownership on 28 December 2017 from WeSellCars in Midrand, received very good service! Living on a farm near Lydenburg we travelled home and on 8 January found a sensor light in the vehicle lighting up. Took the vehicle to the nearest Renault dealership on 9 January 2018, in Nelspruit 60km from our home. Renault Nelspruit took the vehicle and after requesting a loan vehicle we were told that they only just have one vehicle but it is not available as somebody is using it and that there is a waiting list… They phoned us to confirm that the warranty will cover the damage and we should collect the vehicle on the 18th of January. When we got to the dealership on the 18th we heard that the turbo was faulty and should be replaced…this AFTER we were called to collect the vehicle! They did not call us to tell us NOT to come to Nelspruit…travelling with a lift we were stranded in Nelspruit…then we heard that they could not capture the claim against the warranty as the warranty clerk resigned and NOBODY could capture the claim!!! Ridiculous!!! We had to walk and hitch a ride to get home after the technician said we must get a taxi to take us home!! Really!!! Today on the 24th of January 2018, 22 days AFTER we took the vehicle to Renault Nelspruit we were told they appointed a claims clerk and the claim was uploaded and now they are waiting for approval…that IF approved under the warranty they will order parts which will take 2-3 working days and THEN they will work on the vehicle….THUS STRANDED FOR YET ANOTHER WEEK OR DAYS In the meantime we are left stranded on a farm …now being 3 weeks….we have no vehicle!!! This all AFTER it was confirmed that the vehicle is under warranty and that the warranty will cover damages… This Renault dealership has got the worst service in the whole world!!! Making their personnel problems that of the client…sorry we do not have somebody to capture the claim! We are left stranded without a vehicle!! When phoning Renault Nelspruit the jingle says…”At Renault Multifranchise in Nelspruit we are a family who gives 110% to our customers…” WE ARE GLAD YOU (RENAULT NELSPRUIT) ARE NOT PART OF OUR FAMILY BECAUSE WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT TREATED AS SUCH! WE ARE 110% DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!

We purchased a new "Clio" from Renault Nelspruit in November 2015, The only good thing about this deal was the salesman Raymond who attended to the sale with utmost professionalism, That's were the greatness ended. We realised after a few fill ups that this 900 cc vehicle was consuming fuel at a rate of up to 8 km/litre or 12.4ltrs/100km. After leaving the car with the service department for FOUR months in total they finally exchanged the computor and rectified the fault. We then decided that we should upgrade to an automatic Renault "Capture" so we took the vehicle to the sales department for a trade in value. Bearing in mind that the cost of our vehicle was R221,000 and has only done 13400km and we have only had possession of the car for 14 months the offer as a trade in was R140.000

This means that the depreciation on the Clio as far as Multifranchise is concerned works out to !/. R6 per kilometer or 2/. R4500 per month.

And they want you to buy another Renault which will suffer the same rediculously low resale value. Never again !!!!!!!!

On the 3rd of May 2017, I took my Kia Cerato Koup from Phalaborwa to Nelspruit to get it serviced (165K kilometers). I got to Kia Nelspruit around 6:45 am, I was the first inline.

I requested my service advisor (Anelise) to service my aircon (cost R620), fix my interior light to work accodingly with the door opening and fix my break lights. She advised me to do a wheel alignment and rotation aswell for R350 and I agreed. This was a minor service she stated when I picked up my car around 16:45 because they finished at that time which made no sense because of the time taken.

As I was driving back to Phalaborwa, long after I collected my car, I noticed that the break lights still do not work. The interior light does not work accordingly aswell. I did not receive any information/explanation from the service advisor when I picked up my vehicle.

The questions are, what were they doing the entire time with my car?
Did they even service my aircon or do the wheel alignment? I paid them to.
Did they even service my car after I took a day of work and spent petrol for around R750?

This is horrible service from KIA, it is so unlike them. This is really tarnishing their reputation.
