I purchased an item at Game Online (A washing machine) on the 26 June 2020. It has been 13 working days and still no delivery and no word on date of delivery. I called online support at 10:00 AM on Monday (13/07/2020) and spoke to Yolanda. She informed me that she will call me back after assigning the washing machine to the correct Store (Game Mall of the North). She never called back. On Tuesday (14/07/2020), I contacted the online support once more, Yolanda now informed that my item is Dispatched and awaiting a courier, it will be delivered soon. When I checked with Game Mall of the North, they told me the item was not assigned to them but they will check for stock and courier it to me. Later in the evening I received a call and they informed me that they don't have stock in-store only at the warehouse, I asked them to check with other stores close-by and they informed me on Wednesday (15/07/2020) that there seems to be stock at Game Tzaneen, this after I had made the contact not them. I contacted Game Tzaneen, had a chat with Jimmy who was very rude, didn't even want to listen to what I ordered nor the order number of the item. He told me to speak to Game Phalaborwa or the Online support. It seems Game Online do not have an idea how online purchasing works, you have to follow up on your own order from different stores after you paid for the item as well as delivery. I am still awaiting assistance since the online support lady escalated the matter (Ref no: 591120). Advise, never purchase anything from Game Online because a colleague of mine went through similar issues about a week ago.
Has been a network of no internet connectivity from the 05/08/2019 til the 29/08/2019 then I had super slow connectivity til today. Calling on my phone stopped working around the beginning of this month, I called Cell C today and the lady by the name of Enhle (doubt this is her name) tells me that my phone was set to not call using my airtime or minutes through oout my contract period. I explained that I have had this contract for over a year and it was working throughout, it only stopped a couple of weeks ago. She was so rude, shouting on the phone telling me that I am not listening to her. As I tried explaining to her, she got louder and told me that I am not listening, do I want to change it to call with airtime or not. So I asked her which city is the call center and she said its Cell C, no city required, they will know who Enhle is. She couldn't careless what I had to say. She has no customer service what so ever, she is ignorant, arrogant and she is super rude. the call happened around 9:20 am today (18/09/2019)
On the 27th of February 2018 I relocated to new house and informed Telkom to kindly move my ADSL in the same town. It has been 2 months now and they still haven't moved my line. Every time I contact them they state that my ticket was stuck and that they have escalated and will contact me within 48 hours. They charged me for the month of March and April. When I call them to cancel their entire service because I am not on contract, they tell me that I have to wait for the line to be installed, then I can log a ticket to resolve the March and April billing. Around the beginning of May 2017 I took my Audi A3 to Audi Polokwane for them to look at 2 issues, my heater was not functional and the was a blow in the gears when I accelerated (multitronic issues). I was informed that it will take more than one day to fix the issue, then I requested that they call me when they have a courtesy car available. So on the 15th of June 2017 I sent my Audi A3 and received a courtesy car. 2 months 10 days later (25 August 2017), I went to pick up my vehicle. The vehicle heater was fixed but the multitronic issue has become worse and now there is a new issue that says, battery not charging while I am driving. I called Audi SA (still under Audi Freeway Plan) explained the situation, they came to tow the vehicle on the 28th of August 2017 and take it back to Audi Polokwane. I called the same consultant and informed her that I will still require a coutersy vehicle and she informed me that she cant assist, she can only place me on their waiting list. This fault is completely on their side but it seems I am the party suffering the consequences. Do bear in mind that I stay 210 KM from Audi Polokwane, which means all my travels were from my pocket. This goes to show that they do not pay attention to detail, they do not do proper tests once they are done repairing. I currently do not have any form of transportation.
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a c-surance customer, and I am still awaiting a replacement device from c-surance. </p> <p> </p> <p>Initially, my phone was approved and was scheduled for delivery by Finrite Administators C-surance, but Hollard C-surance took over the services and I still hadn't received my device. A month ago Hollard requested that I resend all the documentation so they can process my request, which I did. </p> <p> </p> <p>Everything was approved and I was informed that they are waiting for the go ahead from head office to approve the request then they can send me my replacement handset. This was sent to me in an email about three weeks ago, to this day, they are still waiting for feedback from head office. This is totally unacceptable, these people do not even know if I have another cellphone to use or not, they definitely do not care. </p> <p> </p> <p>My premium payments have been paid timeously til today, but this is the sort of service I receive.</p> <p> </p> <p>I thought this company would be different, I guess I was wrong. A different insurer is required.</p>
<p>I had a voucher to receive a rental vehicle from Hertz (at OR Tambo) on the 29th of May 2017. My voucher had incorrect trasmission type of vehicle. Sphelele was patient with me and liased with Rennies Travel about my voucher. Rennies Travel phone kept on dropping the line. She called them as many times as she could to finally get my stuff in order. Regardelss of all the issues, she was very patient, great peope s****s and overall fantastic service I received from her with a smile. Thank you Sphelele Mkhumbeni</p>
<p>My C-Surance claim has been processed and on the 2nd of May 2017, I spoke to a consultant and she asked me to pay excess of R200 and send her proof of payment, which I did on the same day. She told me that my new phone would be delivered within 5 to 8 business days. </p> <p> </p> <p>From my calculation, it has been 15 business days and still no phone. I have called C-surance about 5 times since the past week. I stay on hold for 1 hour then the call automatically drops.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assist me as possible, because this is really getting annoying... </p>
<p>I needed to add a few things on my current insurance premium with King Price. This lady assisted me to the best of her abilities and even made sure that I receive a bigger discount that what I was entitled to. She gave me the best advice and she took her as much time as we needed to make sure everything is according.</p>
<p>On the 3rd of May 2017, I took my Kia Cerato Koup from Phalaborwa to Nelspruit to get it serviced (165K kilometers). I got to Kia Nelspruit around 6:45 am, I was the first inline.</p> <p>I requested my service advisor (Anelise) to service my aircon (cost R620), fix my interior light to work accodingly with the door opening and fix my break lights. She advised me to do a wheel alignment and rotation aswell for R350 and I agreed. This was a minor service she stated when I picked up my car around 16:45 because they finished at that time which made no sense because of the time taken.</p> <p>As I was driving back to Phalaborwa, long after I collected my car, I noticed that the break lights still do not work. The interior light does not work accordingly aswell. I did not receive any information/explanation from the service advisor when I picked up my vehicle.</p> <p>The questions are, what were they doing the entire time with my car?<br />Did they even service my aircon or do the wheel alignment? I paid them to.<br />Did they even service my car after I took a day of work and spent petrol for around R750?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is horrible service from KIA, it is so unlike them. This is really tarnishing their reputation.</p>
<p>I am a C-surance customer. My phone fell from a high place and got damaged. On the 20/03/217, I called C-surance to log a claim and I was instructed to go and submit my phone together with my claim to any nearest Cell C store.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 21/03/2017, I submitted everything (claim form filled accordingly, Identification and the cellphone) to the Cell C store in Tzaneen at around 16:55 and all this was forwarded to the insurer on the same day. </p> <p> </p> <p>Since last week, whenever I called, C-surance informs me that they have not received my email with all the relevant documentation. I thought the fault was with the Cell C store in Tzaneen, but today they forwarded me proof that they have sent the email. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted C-surance to ask them of the progress, they still inform me that they haven't received the documentation. They requested me to send them the documentation at that moment. I forwarded the documentation to the exact email and suprisingly this time they receive it.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 whole weeks without my phone and they still have not processed anything, they informed me that I should contact them again on Wednesday (08/03/2017) for progress update.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
