AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wow what an amazing experience, wanted to check my credit report to see if it updated, and then I get a call from Luyolo, who offered to assist me by checking some queries I had. I was not expecting the phone call, please give this man a raise he is a true customer service star, what phenomenal experience...mind blown.

What is Customer Support?
Please remove the term customer support from your app and webpage, you are creating the impression that you actually answer your customers. And no I am not talking about the automated we care bull reply. I am talking about picking up a phone and wait for it actually talking to a real life person, mind blowing right.. you guys should try it I mean with cellphones and all I am sure you will get an answer. And please STOP USING DAWN WING as your courier at this point in time I am not sure whom between the 2 of you are worse. If it was a competition than it would be a tie for last place. So to sum up you can kiss my a@@ loot, you guys suck.

Kia Weltevredenpark AMAZING!!!!
Thanks Kia Weltevredenpark for making a vehicle purchase such a pleasant experience. You guys are absolutely amazing. The service and helpfulness we received was jaw dropping in the sense that I left there feeling like I made one of the best decisions in my life. Bought both our cars there and the experience was just amazing. Thanks Hyman you are a rock star.

Action Ford Roodepoort - Where the customer is never right
Wow I have had bad service before, but Action Ford Roodepoort takes the cake. Basically we were told it is not their problem they do not have stock on parts we were awaiting to fix our car. They don’t care and when you follow up you get a big bowl of “this is not our problem, we are doing you a Favour”. As a long time supporter of Ford this has totally put me off. Thanks Ford for opening my eyes and goodbye I will never in my life make this mistake again. A fair warning to current Ford owners - STAY AWAY FROM FORD ROODEPOORT AND THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE.
