Blown away by Bergens Parkhurst.... collected my fridge at no cost.... and would have dropped off my fridge upon repairs, no cost... BRILLIANT... thank you Bergens Parkhurst. I also decided the repairs weren't worth proceeding with... and guess what... they will dispose of the fridge in the most responsible way. STILL NO COST !!

I had a wonderfully positive experience with Kebone Marafe this last Sunday... she went above and beyond to assist me and even encouraged me to try on the Formal Wear I had selected - which is not how I normally roll. This was lovely and the outfit worked. She even assisted with matching earrings and a lovely clutch bag.
Any one will tell you that dealing with a massive corporation like MTN - can come with it challenges. Super excited to give credit where it is due. I had a challenging deadline to receive some intel from MTN and David Moipatli saved the day!!! MTN - hope that you are looking after this valued employee... he is definitely a keeper. You folk rocked my world by going above and beyond to ensure that my phone was fixed within Samsung warranty. Guided me through the process, were SUPER patient with me when I struggled to get documentation from MTN... Samsung is WELL PLACED to have you as their trusted repair partners. THANK YOU!!
Super disappointed with Discovery Insure and their service provider C-Track. After deciding that paying R1500 for insurance on a 2007 vehicles is ridiculous, I pivoted to Miway and had to have the C-Track tracking device removed, which happened around the 1st Feb. C-Track broke my ignition casing and since reporting this, them coming out to see for themselves... there has been ZERO feedback, like they have gone off the radar. How can Discovery's service provider just not bother... plus Discovery Insure owe me funds from Insure Vitality... and that too has been met with silence. Showing your true colours Discovery... and I am beyond disappointed with how this is being handled, or I should say, NOT HANDLED
Disgusted beyond!! Having shopped around for medical aids - this included Bonitas. I never accepted their quote and opted for Discovery as they did not penalize me unnecessarily as Bonitas wanted to. Guess what? They whipped the debit order out of my account anyway. This is pure fraud and theft!!!!!!! I will be telling everyone my story and advise them to avoid Bonitas as ALL COSTS!!!!
