Hi This has got to be one of the ****tiest Service Provider. They do not have a customer service only told to chat on WhatsApp. My Internet has been down since Sunday Morning 14 November until now. They only care about money not service. they have a decency of asking for referral when they give **** service. I have people whom I sent away telling them not to use WebAfrica in Eerste Rivier. They even want me to increase my speed but they offer a very very bad service. I cannot wait for this contract to end and go to another service provider. From Luyanda
Just after Bank payment I was left stranded. I do not understand why would they take too long to replace just a Plate Number. I want to say that their after sales is definitely below par. make sure you don't accept anything without getting all your items in your vehicle.
I have been waiting for cancellation of my product since September 2017 and Now its December 2017. they have a decency of telling me about 30 days AND ESCALATION OF PROBLEM EVERY MONTH. If they need money for bailout they shouldn't reap people off like this. Telkom might be cheaper but as company they SUC****
Had been a Telkom customer for several years never knew they will send a person from pillar to post when changing products or cancelling one lousy product that's not even generating business revenue for them. I cancelled one of my products with Telkom and 3 months down the line they are still billing me. Called their customer care those dumb consultants still preach "its takes 21 days to clear" really after 3 months I am still getting the same ****ty line. Now its been remixed to No we have high volume of emails to go through!! How many resources does it take Telkom to answer bunch of mails within 2 months? well your guess is as good as mine. maybe I should just ****en reverse all their debit orders and let them call me for a change these blood sucker..
<p>These people have been harrasingh me for the past 3 months since I have been handed over. I paid them off and the added their legal fees after quoting me settlement I paid that Off too. and Now they claim I am still owing them. Isent the proof to all their email address listed on the letter from them. I have been calling the co and they all sent me to their customer care and everytime you call there they drop down the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont know why they are the preffered collections agents because they are good for nothing or they were told to delay issuing settlement by their client Woolworths?</p> <p> </p>
