Made a complaint about an account of a family member that is still frozen . Sent two emails . Response non existent .Pathetic service .
Account of family member frozen . Very little feedback given . Not acceptable .
From the initial quote to the final confirmation of the cover was a very straightforward process.
Hi I had an issue at Bidvest Bank a while ago. I requested them to close my account , after a problem I encountered there .After talking to the manager at the branch , I decided to give them another chance and not to close my account.The consultant assured me that it would not be closed , but lo and behold , just a week thereafter it was closed .I know that there was still a positive balance. What am I to do now?
Hi I went to Bidvest Bank Tygervalley today , to perform a transaction, which I naively believed would be quite simple.The transaction I wanted to do was basically just to reactivate my internet banking . The bank at the time only had two service consultants who were working. After half an hour had elapsed a third window was opened .I diligently waited my turn . A lady came in a long time afterwards and seated herself. When it was my turn to see the consultant, she went ahead of me , knowing full well that it was not her time to be helped .I informed the gentleman behind the counter about this .There and then I decided to terminate my account at this bank.It is not only this only this incident , but a culmination of events that led to this decision. I will never open an account at this bank ever again .The service is beyond pathetic .Shame on you Bidvest .
<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>Went to bidvest tygervalley to deposit some local currency .The " service consultant " doesn't even greet you or treat you with the necessary respect that you deserve as a customer. All she said was that their computer was down .Then she ignored me for about 5 to 10 minutes while she was busy with admin work I presume .I wanted to leave but that meant walking around with cash , which is always a bad idea .To sum up : eventually I was assisted but the service is just plain pathetic .I will not be doing business at that Branch EVER ! </p> <p>To management at that Branch..Get your employees to act with professionalism. I will probably close my account during this month and move my money elsewhere . You suck.</p>
