I was double debited for my vehicle because the sales consultant created two cars for me but I only have one. I had to make numerous follow ups with them to get the other contract cancelled but I still haven't received refund. It is 14 days later, I call to follow up on my refund and I am told I don't have any and my account is up to date

Bad experience with buying a car
I had the worst experience buying a car at the Montana dealership. The salesman didn’t even do courtesy of greeting but sent someone to else to assist. The explaining of vehicle was very rushed and I didn’t even get a call when my disc was ready, had to find out from the traffic officer that the temp is expired

BAD QUALITY SHOES
I bought shoes that are defective. I tried returning instore and I was told I can only return online. I have been having back an forth emails and they don't want to refund nor for me to return them.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A ****
I had a booking on 12 March 2025 but when I got to the hotel I was told is fully booked. I contacted booking.com and I was informed by agent that its not their fault and they would put me in another accommodation which they deemed appropriate. Regardless of hours on the phone with agents, I was informed that I needed to make a new reservation and I still haven't received my refund.

FAULTY HEADSETS
I returned faulty headphone's from them and I was told turn around time is 3-4 days and I havent received and any communications from them. I called and was attended by an agent who was unwilling to assist me and told me they don't have time frames

<p>I reported a ***ual harassment case against one ofthe male security guards at Digz on Mondy which the event took place on Friday night and I went home. I havent received any response from them, wrote a complaint on their page and emailed Mary that works at student digz. It is clear that they do not care about our well being.</p>
