Tyme Bank is giving me a serious problem when it comes to the fraud department. My account is locked due to fraudulent activity (which they never followed up on) so they locked my account. When I ask the consultant to unlock my account cause i want to do transactions and transfers, i am then directed to the fraud department. i never get through to them cause they are always unavailable./ this is very unprofessional.
I have had a terrible experience with Tyme bank, yesterday someone took 3000 from my account when I report the matter, the consultant tells me there is nothing that they could do. I mean as a client I trust this bank with my finances and i expect them to have advanced security to be able to protect our finances. I am really disappointed at the appalling service I have received.
i have a serious problem with The Hive in Hatfield which happens to be a student accommodation. The facilities there are disgusting, Bathrooms are always dirty and there is so much of disorganization there. When we lodge our complaints regarding the matter they always come with excuses that they will see what they can do but nothing is being done at all. The Landlord Daveson is extremely rude and does not want to listen, he instead fights with people and is very aggressive. The water is not purified, we cannot even drink from the taps and causes diarrhea. When we ask for the owners numbers to lodge our complaints, they all refuse. I am extremely disgusted by the Hive and its management.
I am reporting that I am so dissapointed on kfc hillcrest. I went there in the morning tom order a brekki, when I opened my food it looks like it has already been eaten. I called the manager and kept on saying he will replace it but did not. This is the worst service ever
This is a very poor service, I have bought a voucher and I was told to make an appointment with them but they do not respond at all, instead they just read your message and emails only. I am not happy with the service at all.
<p>I was suuposed to have receieved my parcel on friday the 28th July, the company delayed and asked for certain documents so that they can process and give me new delivry time. I sent them the documents and they responded stating that they are processing the documents and I waited on saturday I did not receieve any notification about the delivery. There came Sunday and they were still silent. On Monday the 31st Of July I sent them countless emails and tried calling but the phone was on voicemail since friday after that sent me an email stating that they have lost my parcel and I must send them a insurance number. I am absoloutly dissapointed because they are disroganized and do not keep their promise.</p>
