I am so disappointed with this particular gym..I am a swimmer and the pool area has zero etiquette. The kids and people training take up pretty much 5 out of 6 lanes even though they are supposed to leave 2 open for gym members. And if there are 2 open there is always someone who thinks they own the lane only to find out they should be in the trainers lane..They are unruly, take over all the bench space and its just generally a very unpleasant experience..I have complained a few times and nothing gets done .
A terrible decision to use these people. They seem to have 2 different business names which is ***** in itself. The other one is LockBoys and their number is 067 018 1814. And then they also have this email 1foralllocksmith@gmail.com. We called them one night while we were sitting outside . We needed a simple cylinder lock replaced on the pedestrian gate of an electric gate. The guy took forever to arrive , changed the lock in less than 5 min and then send us a very non business like invoice on whatsapp for R4000, which we had to pay there and then. The whole experience was just awful and then they were suddenly uncontactable when i tried to query this afterwards.
We had a terrible experience last night. These so called locksmiths came to change a lock on the pedestrian gate of our electric gate. They appeared to have 11 different branches but actually couldn't tell us exactly where they where coming from ( probably because the whole company doesn't exist). They didn't give us a proper quote. When he eventually got there, not in a company vehicle, he changed the lock in literally 5 minutes- a simple cylinder lock. He then sent an invoice on WhatsApp and made us pay there and then. The amount was R4000!!!!! The invoice did not contain a company letterhead, a website address, company email or phone number. Such a **** all of it as you cannot find a proper google address to write a review either. Be careful of these people.
Hi there just called a 24 / 7 locksmith to open the pedestrian gate of an electric gate. I asked twice for a quote and a callout fee. Was told it was R295 and the rest depended on the lock type. The guy literally changed it in less than 5 minutes and then charged us an amount of R 4000. Absolute highway *******. Do not use !.
hi , I have had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered something and spent over R1000 . it took them 3 weeks to realise it is out of stock. Then another 2 weeks to supposedly process a refund which i am still waiting for!! DO NOT ORDER from this company. I have sent a message to Dirk the director who does not bother to reply and you cannot get hold of them on the phone either- funny that!
It has been a terrible and stressful experience trying to claim for a couple of scratches on a new car. My claim was rejected saying i didn't have cover, then I was told they made a mistake, followed by it being rejected again. They pushed me and pulled me non - stop and each person had no idea what the other had said. I had all my documents in place and was definitely covered. So all in all not a great service.
I am really disappointed with Telkom. I have been trying to change my fathers account so that he gets a pensioners discount. He is 84 and has dementia. I also want to add the VAS Block Call service. I have been into the store and they say i need to call. I have been trying to phone for 2 days now. Still nobody can assist as they say they need to speak to my father . I mean really do they not get that he has dementia!!!! Nobody has been able to help me and i am very frustrated!.
After a fraudulent activity which should not have happened in the first place, Vodacom just decide to cut me off from all calls or they continue to say I am in arrears. Nobody seems to communicate with each other about what has been done. This has been sorted but still continues to be an issue for Vodacom. When i try and explain my story over again, the people at the call centre drop the call as they are not interested!
<p>Hi there i noticed my vodacom cell phone account had gone to R2000. On enquiring i noticed that someone else had fruadulently opened an account in my name. I went to Vodcom and the police station and opened a case and Vodacom said that they had removed the offending person from my account. This mornign R19225.40 came off my account this morning so clearly this has NOT been sorted. Phoning the Vodacom Fraud unit is a complete waste of time, they are so slack and not interested. I am now trying to reverse this with the bank.</p>
