I decided to order easy meals as I am busy at work, and even though I love to cook, time is an issue. I wish I had looked deeper into the reviews and seen all the more recent reviews of which many are not good. I bought a 12 selection of 1kg meals. What a mistake! Mac and cheese - bland with soggy pasta, watery after being prepared. Odd taste. Had to make another meal for the kids. Spaghetti Bolognese - spagetti undercooked, generous amount of meat sauce, again bland and watery. Had to make another meal. Beef Lasagne - Bland, with pitiful amount of mince and sauce. Chicken Korma - Disgusting! Rice almost raw, lots of water. The korma spices were raw and the chicken tasted off. Had to make another meal as the korma was inedible. Didn't even give it to my dogs! And yes, followed the cooking instructions exactly. I now have a bunch of meals in the freezer, that I think will be gross. So that it is not wasted I am wondering if I should invite the Cleo's team over for dinner to experience their own terrible food. What a waste of money!
Blades are great quality and delivery is always prompt. Very convenient
Been waiting for a delivery by Fast and Furious, only to find it was 'delivered' and signed for by 'Sanele', no clue where it was delivered to or who Sanele is. Tried calling their number 0861 46 3278 only to hear a message saying 'Sorry, the dialed number is not in service'. So, Fast and Furious, where is my package? Fast n Furious Couriers
I used to be a serious Afrihost fan, and have 4 cell packages, 1000mbps Fibre and 3 hosting accounts with you. I try to get a simple 30GB Fixed Wireless and while your SLA is 48 hours, I am now at 75 hours and getting no where. I am wasting my time and money communicating with Afrihost support people trying to get this resolved. I am seriously wondering why I should stay with Afrihost given this terrible support. It takes up to an hour to get a response on whatsapp, I was on hold for a number of times up to 40 minutes on the phone before giving up. Email responses are close to 24 hours. Even emailed CEO Gian Visser, who tells disgruntled clients to mail him, got the read receipt and no reply, Thanks Gian....for nothing! I have returned to Afrihost, using their broadband, mobile and hosting. Happy customer here! The flexibility offered is great, and easy to manage on their Clientzone. Delivery of routers and sim cards was quick on effortless. Best part is how cheap Afrihost data is !
After the recent snowflake antics of Gilette, who I have used for years, I decided to give The Shave Union a go. R99 for starter pack of 4 blades and a handle, and then R199 / 4 blades after that,which I chose to be delivered every 2 months. I was expecting a drop in quality, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the blades, although slightly bulkier, are great quality and give a great shave, and so far last as long as my previous blades. I also appreciate that the ladies' razors are exactly the same price as for men, unlike Gilette who charge the ladies more.
Mweb Fibre, Two weeks ago I sent you notification that I am moving.....literally down the road, staying on Vuma-Aerial, ONT is in place, all that was required was for you to log a call with Vumatel requesting activation at the new address. 2 weeks and nothing. Again I spend 2 hours on the phone with you, getting shunted between departments and hung up on, trying to get the VumaTel reference number where you have logged the order for activation with Vumatel, and nothing, still no activation order from your side. I have now been told it will be another 2 weeks......you are happy to take my money yet provide ZERO service. Ticket MWB ********** . Do I need to cancel my account? Will I get a refund for the ZERO service? Fix this now, I am tired of the empty promises and being messed around by you
<p>So I purchase your 1 Day uncapped data package for R40, no where in the purchase process is the CUSTOMER informed that there is a 150MB 'Fair use policy' or that the link is throttled to a measly 128kpbs. I could have purchased a 1 Day 100 Meg for R15 and a 1 Day 50 meg for R8.50, to get that same 150 meg (for R23.50).<br />So 10 minutes into a Youtube video it starts buffering and I get an SMS "Y'ello. You've reached 150MB of your internet Fair usage on your MTN 1 Day bundle. You can still use the internet you max speed will be limited up to 128Kbps"<br />It will take me more than a day to download the rest of the Youtube video at that speed, so I won't bother. So your CUSTOMER is not impressed as I was not informed about a fair use policy when purchasing this over priced CAPPED package. I feel you have falsely advertised this 'uncapped' package due to your lack of disclosing your unrealistic 'fair use policy', and throttling the link to an unrealistically slow 128kbps, thereby effectively capping the package. Not at all impressed!</p>
