Ordered items online, for delivery - order # 103457333 The R400 screen protector was delivered without wipes and accessories and the screen protector looks to be used before with visible signs that the screen protector was app**** or attempted to be app**** to a device before now im R400.00 out of pocket for something i had to throw in the trash. tried to log a return - but their site greets you with a "under maintenance" page
We are trying for over a week to cancel our membership, we need a membership certificate that show the end date of the membership so we can be accepted at the new medical aid. Without any success for over 10 days, I've been a Paying member since 1 October 2013 and Fedhealth really make things difficult.
I received a call today from Rewardsco - i guess they are outsourced by Vodacom since they told me they are phoning on behalf of Vodacom, the number i was called from 0316556833, they wanted to upgrade my contract - WHY am i upset ? well we have a POPIA act that prevents sharing of personal information to 3rd parties without consent , so i am going to cancel my contracts (4x) with Vodacom and open a case with breach of contract with my attorneys and im going to sue Vodacom for a lot of money, This company had access to my personal information like ID number, Banking Details and address _ so this was the straw that broke the camel's back Vodacom Please feel free for your legal department to contact me on 082 829 2038 to remedy this before we are opening a complaint with ICASA
on 4th August Vodacom announced that all existing customers on the self build VC infrastructure - on 31/08 my line speed was still not upgraded, i contacted VC and they insisted that a SR must be opened - we opened the case and was told 24-48 hrs before someone can attend to the case, now its over 4 days and no one responded to my SR when I followed up with VC - I am really disappointed and want to go ahead and cancel if this is nor resolved ASAP
So Vodacom installed Fiber in my area, i signed up over the phone ( ********** ) and received my order number (all good) . Guys then started walking in the street going door-to-door selling subscriptions, the guys told me that some houses is already installed with fiber and active buying the contract via the door-to-door guys, but my order is not even scheduled for installation. Calling the VC call center 3 times and I'm told that they will escalate the matter to the relevant department. This morning i received feedback that my complex is not active yet, First. I dont stay in a complex, i stay in a residential suburb, get your facts straight before calling a customer, Second. Why do the door to door salesmen telling potential customers that the fiber is active in the area. if the VC call center tells me otherwise.
