I contacted Xecutronix (via phone) on the 5th of August to enquire about the price of replacement remotes for my LG TV. I spoke to Mpumelelo Mashigo, who emailed me a quote for two remotes, amounting to R1066,35 on the same day. On the 19th of August, I paid for the remotes. However, the payment was duplicated due to an error on my banking app. The bank said they could not reverse the payment because it was immediate, and that I'd have to contact the company I paid to reverse the payment. I notified Mpumi about the mistake, and he rep**** on the 20th of August, saying he would order the remotes and notify his Accounts Department about the error. I haven't heard from Mpumelelo Mashigo since the 20th. I emailed Mpumi again on the 28th of August, but he hasn't rep**** to my mail. It's been over a month since this happened and I am unhappy with this situation, especially with the lack of urgency from Mpumelelo. Someone at Xecutronix gave me the contact details of their boss, Clinton Jansen Van Rensburg. I have called and emailed him, and he is yet to reply. I also contacted LG directly to notify them about my situation, and they have shown the same urgency as Xecutronix have. I'm frustrated and no longer know what to do. BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING LG PRODUCTS... AFTERSALE SERVICE SUCKS !!!!
They are the worst service provider ever!!! I got billed for a whole month when I joined on the 22nd of March, they promised to give me a free month but they are yet to deliver. I want to cancel my subscription but the accounts department never answers their phones. Now I can't move to another service provider, and I'm stuck with a router that does work... I HAVE WORK AND ASSIGNMENTS TO DO!!!
I've had lots of bad experiences with rain before I even got my Sim card. The main problem is the constant ****py signal... The best download speed I've ever experienced was 160K/bs that's freaking KILOBYTES PER SECOND!!!!! IT WOULD TAKE, ON AVERAGE, 1HOUR TO DOWNLOAD A 30MB FILE!!!! So I've decided to end this contract with them, but there aren't any tabs on the website anywhere that allow you to deactivated your Sim (Even though the say how easy it is to cancel your Sim all over the website)... This is such a scam... I know they will only contact me after the next billing... No doubt they are the cheapest service provider out there, but their connections SUCK!!!! I HOPE PEOPLE FROM RAIN SEE THIS, AND CONTACT ME ASAP!!! P. S. THE SUPPORT SUCKS TOO!!!!
This was a complete waste of time and money. I paid R480 on 6 June, two days later my Sim was delivered. The Sim has never worked since. I contacted support and they kept sending me automated. Then they had the audacity to send me an email saying "I should get ready for next month's billing". I HATE RAIN.. DON'T F****NG USE THEM!!!!!
An unauthorised debit order has been made in my capitec account on the 28 October 2019. I don't have a policy with clientele nor did I give them my banking details. I received an sms to confirm the debit order I didn't authorize. I've tried, on 3 separate occasions, to contact clientele on their 011 320 3000. I tried everything to try to speak to a consultant but the automated response wouldn't let me. Now a debit of R225 has been made and I WANT IT REVERSED AND THE COVER REMOVED!!! I don't need it
