Do not use them
In hindsight, I should have checked HalloPeter first before registering with IELTS. The written test doesn't allow you to finish early when you are done, you have to wait for the timer to run out. I raised my hands a few times in order to ask if they can end the test and the proctor did not answer me. Before the timer ran out, the internet connection dropped and I could not get back in on time. I emailed them immediately afterward to ask if they can mark where I got, it because I did finish the test. I was just waiting for the timer to finish. They refuse to do it.

Received 5G router a day ago and still no internet! No callcenter, apparently due to covid, but one would expect an internet service provider to have a voIP callcenter up in no time for customer support. Cannot log a ticket to get assistance, because the system detects the previous ticket enquiring for the delivery as open and cannot create another one!! Not Plug & Play at all!! Need my internet up and running asap!! RAIN 5G order number 1434597

Double Online Payment - Still awaiting refund!
<p>I ordered Pizza from Dominos Hatfield online on 2017-06-03 and there was an error, and the second payment worked, I was debited twice by Dominoes Pizza, and I have send numerous emails to ********** but still did not get any follow up with regards to my refund and it's more than two months later!</p> <p>Order #: 82202</p>
