My first experience with AA is extremely bad and emotionally draining. I started well with the consultant and sent the required documentation and evidence. Two months later, I get told that the form is incomplete and that they won’t pay for the damages caused by the driver when towing my car. They want me to send pictures apart from the ones I already sent. They don’t even want to prove how they got to conclude without hearing from the driver and my passenger. They threaten me with their legal department thinking I will change my mind. What a way to treat your clients by threatening them.

I bought taps, costly and beautiful at eurotrend near greenstone. The quality is extremely bad. From shower arms to spouts to taps. The kitchen ones are the worst.. I tried calling but no help, they even drop the call when I explained to them. Luckily, I had the business card for the sales agent who assisted me. Sent her whatsapp as she wasn't picking my calls, no assistance still.. Bad service bad quality
Love it ,Love It ,Love It.....i enjoy shopping there, the closest now is wonderpark..i go into this store even when i know i have no money,,just to admire and do some lists of what i may need ...the prices are good too
The service i received from CTM brits is horrible. i went there 4 times and not even once did i get the best service. last week, i was looking for few tiles urgently but lost it when i couldnt get assisted for an hour. NEVER EVER will i go to that branch.. everyone kept complaining but no one came to help. i ended up driving to the One is Gezina and i received the best service Thabo,Thomas,Vincent...big up brothers, you truly have the best customer service...this weekend , i went to the one in Montana and the service was great too.. Can the staff in Brits get the same training as those in Gezina and Montana... it is the closest to my house but i will never set my feet in it....
i am disappointed and angry at the same time. I ordered a gift from Netflorist last year June( a month before my husband's birthday). i gave them a month because i didnt want any surprises ,little did i know i was up for the biggest surprise ever. To date, i havent received the gift. we even joke about it and say maybe it will be delivered on your next birthday.... i have called many times, sent emails, inbox on facebook but still,,, the service is extremely bad...to think i have ordered from them many times before, i regret it big time..
Horrible service Been waiting for birthday gift since June... They probably will send it for next birthday
I purchased 3 items which were delivered on thw 1st of march. One of the items didnt have clear details about it on the their webiste, i bought it based on the info i read on theitem. only to find that it isnt what i thought i was. on sunday , the 3rd of march,i immediately logged a return request and the collection was scheduled same day. the status on my return is still collection scheduled (12 days) now. i made follow up calls and emails but i always get excuses . on the 7th of March, Fedex company collected the item but apparentely it is missing now . in one of their emails, it is said that the collection was for spree. Yesterday, i received a call from collection company,wanting to collect the same item which was already collected. i do not know where the item is now and i am running out of patience now because there is no way forward.
I feel illtreated by spree.Co. za. I have called them and sent emails almost every day for them to pay me my money back. When I complained they say I threatened them. I don't like they way they have handled this whole thing.
<p>On the 18th of July I bought a jacket at spree, paid for it immediately. Same day, I got confirmation that my order has been handed over to the warehouse for packaging. I waited for close to 5 working days with the understanding that they have lots of orders and I will be receiving mine soon. On the 6th working day, I checked my order status and boom it suddenly says "order unfulfilled"<br />Then I called for clarification and I was told the jackets had faults and we're taken back to the supplier.okay I understand that, but why put it for sale before checking. As if that was enough, I was told to chose something else for the same amount. Checked all items and found nothing to replace the jacket with. I then asked for refund because the jacket was for hubby's bday gift and the bday was fast approaching and I needed the cash to buy something similar elsewhere.<br />Now the bday has passed by a week<br />I haven't got my money back which means I haven't bought anything for his bday yet.<br />How depressing is all this...<br />I am so frustrated and angry now...left emails, call records and Facebook messages. I need this resolved as in yesterday</p>
