They are the ISP for the new complex we moved into and are extremely unhelpful. Our router is not working for 3 days and we must wait and see!
I have an online account with Ithuba lottery and deposited R500,00 on 20th December. It is now 6th February and this money has yet to reflect on my account. After numerous phone calls and emails to Ithuba this problem is not resolved. It is the second time this has happened. My most recent engagement was with the call centre and I was told to mail their supervisor Doyle; lo and behold after three mails to him I am still waiting and then it shows his mail box is full!! This is a blatant rip off as Ithuba are now simply ignoring me but I am not leaving this matter alone!! How many others are being ripped off????
