I’m so disappointed with the sixty 60 delivery . It’s the first and last time ever use them. I ordered omo capsules 24. I was delivered omo capsules 17. When I called the call centre and asked for it to be corrected, I was told I had to go into a specific store myself and return them. Also what happens to my delivery fee. Not sure…. Such a waste
Thank u to Cecelia De Jager, who has come through to my house to remove all excess water and try to clean up the mess of the sewage blockage. Cecelia went out of her way to talk to the outsurance consultants telling them how unhygienic it is for my family to still be staying at our residents with the current sewage problem. Cecelia was efficient, empathetic and made a difference to my life. I felt like someone actually cares. Thank u Cecelia
Outsurance building insurance is useless. They approved my claim and declined it within minutes of each other. Worst experience of my life in insurance. Have had a sewage problem since 15 November and it’s 28 November today and it’s not resolved. I have a 5 year old child and we are living in this unhygienic environment for 2 weeks and still no approved claim.
On my way to drop my mum at the airport we decided to hav some fun at Emperors. Was at the casino when I felt abit hungry, so I went to the casino deli and buy samosas. 3 chicken and 3 potatoe. I am a full vegetarian and am allergic to animal products. When I took a bite of my Samoosa, it was chicken, I was disgusted, spat the piece I bit off into the sink and asked for a refund . It was so frustrating as the ladies that served me didn’t care. I had to take medication after almost eating chicken. I am horrified. The people couldn’t be bothered. It was very upsetting . I hope someone from emperors can call me and apologize and explain the don’t care attitude of the staff there
I am so disappointed with woolworths financial services in Sandton City. My credit card expired and I was sent 1 message as a reminder. Due to life happening I was unable to fetch card until today. Got to Sandton City and guess what, my card is no longer there. I know that the store has a facility to print out cards. But according to the staff the not allowed to do so. That is only for new cards. I’m frustrated as hell. As no one takes a sense of accountability to even try to help me..... expect so much more from woolworths ??
Where do I start. I am having the worst experience of my life with telkom. I was on telkom fibre and I hav a landline. I cancelled my fibre 2 months ago and was told this will not affect my landline. From the 27 sep my landline is disconnected and everyone gives me a different story about what to to. I am so tired of this poor pathetic service. Can a manager at telkom call me
