I took my car to Moto-Lube Fourways crossing to change my bearings and was assisted by the manager Bula. They worked on the car for most of the day and upon checking the bearings the called me and told me there is no need to change the bearings the car just needs Wheel alignment, which means i badly advised by Suzuki. Bula and the team where very ethical and transparent and i appreciate that especially at a time like this when everyone is trying to increase revenue. Most definitely bringing my car back to for full service :). Thank you Bula and the Team.
Good day I had a loan account that ended on the 20th of April 2021 and Capitec informed me by text at the begining of April that after 1 payment i will be due an interest refund of R1449.15. However that did not happen and i called their call centre in May and the lady told me it may be paid at the end of May once the account has been closed from their end. which was not the case. this morning i called their call center and spoke to Tshepo from the credit department who then informs me that this was paid but is not able to tell me which date and only is doing maths that does not add up which highlights the exorbitant interest that their have charged me if i use his calculation. i have explained to him him to call me back as i dont airtime but continued to ignore me and still has not called me back, so one has to lose money in order to recover money from Capitec.
I Made online loan appliaction on my mobile app on the 25th of March and an Agent by the name of Ramona contacted me and assisted with the application however after reciept of the supporting documents she went awol and i had to contact the office daily and everyone kept on saying she will get back to me. until friday after many attempts she emailed me requiring additional documentation which i then supplied. She still has not provided me feedback even till today and i have sent her emails and left messaages with her colleagues and no one is will ing to provide me with a team leader's contact in order to escalate this matter. all i need to know is "is the apllication aprroved or not" or atleast some status update on the appliaction. Hi Tsogo Sun On Tuesday 7th of November 2017 i checked in at your Stayeasy Hotel in Witbank in room 0521. i woke up in middle of the night itchy thinking it was because of the heat so i turned on the aircon and itched back to sleep. Now in the morning after taking a Shower i then looked at my pillow and found Imbungulu and that made sense of the itching. As standard procedure i called reception to come have a look at something and a guy by the name of Themba came in and saw this bug/inserct and apologiesed and requested that i should come down stairs to speak to his superior regarding this incident. when i got down stairs i asked to rather have breakfast first before talking to them as i was in rush to Lichenburg. Whilst having breaksfast, the two Ladies (superiors) went up to my room without my knowledge or consent. when i was done eating i went to the reception desk and spoke to Themba and he informed me they were upstairs to check the bug. when they got back they apologised for the incident and asked if they was anything they can do for me and i said i didnt want any money because this was a business trip and my accomodation are normaly booked on my company's behalf by TBA Corporate One of Supervisors said she can provide with a complimentary one night Stay valid for 6 months at either the Ridge Hotel or Stayeasy Witbank. She said she will put this on email yesterday morning and now its already close of buisness day Thursday. im not sure maybe i was too calm about this and took it lightly hence why i've decided to use this platform. Can you please step in and remedy this situation.
This past weeekend i recieved Notification that Had done a "To Trigger Client" transfer from my account twice for R1100.00 and R1300.00 respectively. Now this morning i try to get hold off them three times i had to wait +20 mins on the line and disconnected. Now i need this to be resolved as R2400.00 is a lot of money and that i needed. This has happened before and they call you and reverse is then make an arrangement and still do not debit the account...
