Worst service imaginable! I ordered some electronic equipment on Takealot that I needed urgently for work, and paid R 100 for next day delivery - only to get a notification that Takealot will deliver it in EIGHT day's time! Shocking! There would be no delivery fee as the order over R 500 and now I have paid R 100 for delivery in EIGHT DAY's TIME!
I am completely unable to get hold of Cellsute to cancel the insurance on my mobile phone. I held for 45 minutes on their customer service line both yesterday and today and then the lines cuts out. I have emailed them and there is no response or acknowldgement. I feel sorry for anyone trying to claim from them and I would certainly advise NOT TO INSURE wth them if it is impossible to get hold of the,m. How does one cancel insurance with them?????!!! This is shocking customer service!
Hi there On Friday four weeks ago, I took to Woolworths Blue Route Customer Service two items of clothing purchased from Woolworths that I have only worn maybe 10 times each, both of which were coming apart, which is not acceptable after wearing them only ten times. One was a standard Woolworths Classic black pullover that had developed big holes under the sleeves, and the other a silver pullover that had developed a split on the side on one of the fold lines. Blue Route Mall Customer Service made me fill out a slip of sorts (I never received a copy) and said they would have to be sent off to head office. The value of the two items of clothing is R800, and I have heard absolutely nothing for eight weeks and nor have I received a refund. This is really bad service and not at all acceptable! To entrust Woolworths with R800 worth of faulty clothing and for four weeks hear nothing is shocking service!
Takealot will not issue an invoice when one has paid for something, untik it has been delivered? Seriously? When one pays for something, one is entitled to an invoice. They tell me it is company policy because people return items. One can return a Takealot order a month after one takes delivery, so there is NO logic in that argument! Pathetic service!
This week, I ordered a a Coolaroo shade cloth from Takealot.com, paid with my eBucks (R1499), the order was processed, my ebucks deducted and a received the mail saying I would recieve it on Thursday 16 November. Order # ********** 6 Yesterday I realised my order had not arrived, and discovered that Takealot had cancelled my order - for some reason I cannot establish because they no longer have a phone line that one can call and one cannot email them - and the worst part is, there was not the courtesy of an email from them. How can any custome trust shopping from Takealot if this is what they do? This is the epitime of bad customer service! So now, R 1499 worth of eBucks hae been dedeucted from me and are in Takealot's pocket, and I do not have my shade cloth - and I can;t event talk to a customer consultant on their side! This is shocking!!!
Last week Friday 18 August 2017, my phone suddenly ran out of data. This was strange as I was not even using data when I got the message from Vodacom. I topped up with 2MB, whcih usually wold last a month, and was then on Wifi for the next 20 hours or so. On Sat mornig I popped out to the shops, and was not even using my phone, nd suddenly got a message that was data was used up. This was physically impossible - it meant that 2MB of data had been used without me even looking at my phone or having any apps open. I topped up again with 2 MB and was then basically too terrified to switch mobile data on. DEspite this, and only switching it on of so briefly over the last few days to check Whatsapps, that 2MB is pretty much gone - absolutely impossible! Botton line: Vodacom are takig my data. On top of this, I earlier in the month I tried to top up and could not and in a few minutes used a stupid anount of data, I was promised by Vodacom I would not be charged for any out of bundle data as I had made a few attempts to top up that they could see on their system but due to a a faulton their side, the top up has not gone through. Vodacom need to sort out - whatever is consuming all my data at a pohysically impossible rate - refund this week's 4MB that they consumed -remove all out of bundle charges on my account as promised Mobile number 08 ********** Thanks, Kirsten
