Purchases a murkoo machine. Delivery cost was R60. They charged be R90 I indicated the location as Hillcrest in my communications nowhere did they advise that delivery would be R90. Furthermore the item has a 200% markup. The size was misleading in the ad. It's a no. 9 machine which was conveniently left off the ad. Made numerous calls and twice they promised to return my call to resolve the issue which they failed to do. They advertise goods falsely and are misleading the public and need to be exposed. Their customer service is pathetic. The public and consumers need to be aware
Service is poor. More often off line than on. Turnaround time is extremely poor.
Several disruptions over the past 3 months. Have been off since 12 June. Made several attempts of contacting them. No feedback
Cupboard Trendz conducted work in my home. They did built in cupboards and headboards for 2 rooms to the value of R80000. Work was completed in September 2017. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the carpenter when he was installing the headboards. He blamed the fabric. The headboards and some of the cupboards were not completed properly. They were supposed to do a snag inspection to fix all the problem areas. I contacted them in October 2017. I spoke to Hirasha and Avinash both of whom were abrasive. I still have them an opportunity to fix their mistakes. They came to my residence at end October and promised to fix the errors.They said they will fix it in October then November then December and then they said it will be in the new year. In October they agreed that they will fix the errors since I had a 2 year guarantee as per the contract. They're breached the contract in terms of signing off and doing an inventory of the snags. According to them now they are doing me a favour in fixing their shoddy work and that my family was the problem. They took advantage of my ignorance and leniency. Their workmanship is appalling. Avinash came to my on home today 22 January 2018 to remove the headboards and he only removed and wanted to only sort pieces of the headboard. When I insisted he takes out the whole unit he became abusive and intimidating. Screaming in my front yard. I am a widow with my daughter living with me. The neighbors called and wanted to know if I required any assistance. I then requested Avinash to leave.i am afraid to let him into my premises and the only resolution would be compensation R10000 in total for the headboards
I have had problems with my mobile contract since I signing on in the beginning of July. There have been problems with the porting and sim swaps. I have been dealing with Mr Kershelin Chetty the Manager because of the bad attitude of their staff. My top up problems on my primary cell phone is still unresolved. Tried calling several times in their numbers without any success.Went to the Store personally and requested to see Mr Chetty. Waited for a short while and left a message for him to call me. Still waiting. Not happy with the cellphone receptions.
