Joh it is sad how this company can mislead and ***** peoples money and then they want to give you altamatums on why they can't give your money back. I just want to know how can you take money from peoples account if they cancel the delivery on the same day. Then they take a month to collect because they hope that you will eventually make use of it. Guys stop bull****ting people out of their money that they work hard for. I think I have to contact the ombudsman I am sick and tired of your sloppy stories and bad customer service. Go and make an honest living and stop *****ing from people cause know that God will make your bussiness crumble down if it is not build on an honest manner. I hope this is not a foreign company cause then it say a lot. Please give me my money back cause I did not use anything from you.
I was phoned by 1 of their agents and mislead that I will get a laptop on contract, 2 days later they delivered a cell phone. The bad part is that it is a old school phone that the battery is still outside. The same day off the delivery I phoned them and advised them. They listened to the calls and apologise that I was mislead by the agent. It is 3 weeks now and I have called several times for them to collect the device but no collection is happening. I won't call again. Guys please be aware of these companies that sound so good. Their service is *** and I will not make business with them again. Come get your device you will not debit my account.
How ***** can a big company like this is. On Monday I went to buy me something to eat at Spar Bellville. The cashier said that the money is declining, I went to fetch my phone and see the money is still in my account so we tried again and it was declining, I checked my phone and the money was gone, I went to my bank and they said that they cant reverse the money and that the money is into Spar account where they give me proof to take it to them and still they did not want to give me my mpney. Guys stop *****ing I just want my R300 back cause I need it. You dont need it.
It is with sadness that there is no way to get hold of a manager of this company. Even at their call centres no one can help you. Why do you have all these stuff in place but no one can assist you. I am paying this account for several months but I dont have the stock. Been waiting on stock from September 2023. I need my money back Russels is a ****.
This is sad how one can see that this companies is just there to make money and dont deliver any service. This JD Group is a devision of the Pepkor group where all the other companies fall under. Since the 17th of December I have been struggling to get hold of someone to speak with. I am currently paying for stuff that was never delivered to me from Russels. I speak to the sales rep and the manager but they can't give me any answers. Why is the service so bad? I tried all the platforms for Russels but no one is responding. I am pleading with you guys stop debiting my account after you know that I dont have the products. Stop *****ing from people. I might not be the only one there might be many more. But please stop it now. You services is poor and any upgrade wont make a change. Teach your stuff to respect your company maybe then your service will inprove.
I phoned from 12h30 to 13h20 and I have been transferring from 1 department to another just to find out about my account. I opened an account with you guys in September 2023. The same day that I bought your amplifier it gives me problems. I took it back with all the speakers and said that I don't want it. Your sales person in the shop told me that another customer has brought it also back. He will speak to the sales rep of the company who supp**** it. Because I work a lot and could not go into the store and ask the person can't we do everything via phone. My account is paid up to date and I want to close this account as quick as possible I am struggling with the restructuring of the account. The took the amp, speakers and stand off the first account 2 days ago and yet I have not received any feedback. They give me the number to call in Pretoria but no one can assit me. I am paying installments for stuff I don't have. If this is the service you give to everyone cause I read a lot of bad google reviews about the company then why don't you close your doors? If there is someone reading this please stop with your bad service and let Russels get a good name. Hope to hear from you next year cause I know this is a wastefull reply. You are only interested in money and not service
With the passing of my brother on 26 November 2023 was an unexpected tragedy as he was healthy. I received his death certificate on 28th and went to the Kuils River branch to submit my claim the staff made me feel so welcome and I could see that they feel my pain. I would recommend anyone to you guys. The same day I submit my claim with avbob also and I am still waiting. Guys can you please give avbob some training cause they dont know how to treat customers. Thank you for you service and quick response and pay out.
My brother passed away on Sunday, 26 November 2023. I submitted my claim on Thursday, 30 November 2023. The agent in the call centre said I must email all the documents required which I did. They did not even phone back to tell me that they received it nothing. It was a very cold phone call with the agent. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and then they still has the audecity to debit my account again for a person that was buried on 2 December 2023. I will never in my life recommend anyone to take out policies with you. Please just give me my money back.
I dont know why lewis is so *****. You pay insurance on your stuff but when you put a claim in it takes 10 years for them to replace. We took the case number and every they require for the claim but the store manager at Kuils River branch is arrogant. How can you treat an disable person like you are doing. Lewis stores tell your branch manager at Kuils River branch to change her attitude towards customers. 2 weeks and we are still not knowing whether the insurance is approved or not. So if it is not then we are going to ombudsman before making any payments. We will sort this out in court. You are taking advantage of disable people
It is bad that such a big company dont want to allow a S.A citizen to open an account but they have a lot of foreigners on the books. I've been trying for several months to open an account online in store but they keep on rejecting it. I don't have a bad credit score. I've been opening accounts recently to build my credit score. I get a monthly salary over R16 000 a month. It is with great sadness to see how this company is treating hard working citizens. If you can just explain to me what the reason is why you dont want to give me an account maybe I will then understand.
