Standard Bank!!! Once more I have to complain on this platform regarding your poor service!!!!!! 1) why was my account not closed?! It’s been over a year??! 2) Reversal of R7k funds back into my Investec Bank Account. I went to Papapronto with the intention of getting a Long Island and a meal. I was served an incorrect drink and their excuse was that the waiter that served me is a trainee. I am a paying customer. I was interrogated by 4 people at this restaurant explaining that if I want a normal Long Island I would need to pay extra. This was not communicated initially. This led to a very terrible experience at Papapronto. I literally wasted my money. I could have gone to a drive through of this is the service I expected!!!! Terrible!
I was incorrectly debited by Standard Bank. I immediately called the bank as I needed access to the incorrectly debited funds. While i was still in South Africa I made multiple calls to Standard Bank and was taken back and forth. The request was eventually logged under reference number 7050161319 requesting for a refund. It has been 7 days since the request and I still don’t have access to the funds. I am currently travelling internationally and am hugely inconvenienced by this!! Please help! This is a paid service but I am pleading with you Standard Bank!!
Virgin Active SA had cancelled my membership without my authorisation! I had requested for my membership to be frozen for a few months. No resolution to date despite numerous calls to their customer service department. Is this how you treat your long term loyal customers????????
Terrible service from the restaurant staff... the manager (Jack or Jacque) is the most rude and demeaning person. My husband’s birthday was a total disaster, starters ordered (snails) was terrible, it was Stoney. Ordered medium steak for main meal and it came well done. No apology at all!!! When I voiced out about this terrible service (on my husbands birthday) the manager Jacque, responded to say he had offered my husband a birthday present the night before ( a shot). Is this an excuse for such terrible service, considering the amount paid on this booking????!!!!! I’m gutted!!
MTN has been billing me incorrectly from the start of my contract and is now taking forever to issue refund!!!!
