Improvement
I bought a few items last year, lenovo dc and a replacement keyboard and communication was a little slow as I was emailing them. On the 5th of this month, I bought a Galaxy LCD and was using whatsapp for commucation and they were very responsive. I will order again.0 replies

It's the best shopping experience and I love their products. this company needs a landline number just for newbies. Automation is not for all especially new customers. I have no complaints but the processing is not well detailed. Its kinda confusing, I didn't know what to do after placing my order.
