I bought two wigs, paid for delivery and customization. On delivery date which was way beyond their promised turnaround time, my order was nothing compared to what I was advertised that I was worse as it was for my wedding day. I had to be bald head on my big big day bcz I had no other option. I believe this business is selling lies as I was sent opposite of what I had ordered... I even hate the wigs I burned them out bcz of disappointment and frastration..
Bad service, I bought a storage organizer it's two weeks now and I haven't received a delivery notification from them, I called them millions of time and they're not answering the calls, the first time I called they answered but afterwards they not answering. I feel scammed with my hard earned money which I could have put to good use than to be scammed
I have a contract with vodacom, the last time I upgraded i battled to get an upgrade, right now I still battle to upgrade. I called in many time, since i am a less valued customer to Vodacom i decided to cancel my contract and keep my number for prepaid, i keep receiving the same bad experience. I am planning to port to another network after my cancellation which currently is a nightmare. I called so many times and consultants keep saying they have logged a request as to why can't I upgrade, since i am no longer interested in upgrading rather decided to keep my numbers for prepaid, i struggle to get assistance but consultants keep saying i will get a call after 7 days but its been months since I expected calls.
I had received terrible service from Vodacom consultants and I really feel like stopping business with Vodacom, I called for assistance with upgrade cancellation on cell number ********** with complete failure from everyone spoken to me, the likes of Tumelo, Nono,Gugu,Thabang,Mkhusezane Ngwenya, Lisa, shayina, these consultants served me very awfully, can't someone in the big company like Vodacom manage to resolve cancellation of an online upgrade on a faulty device which was returned to Vodacom WEEKS ago. I am glad that Vodacom calls itself Number one cellular provider. But wow!!! Not even a single consultants has managed to cancel an upgrade on returned device despite calling Vodacom online 3-5 a day asking for the same one thing..Wow!!!! How amazing. I have been taken from pillar to post everytime I called the big cellular service provider, I am dead disappointed with service...I hope the last guy whom I spoke to today assisted, but let's wait and see. Maybe I need to just leave this network it has too much to chew and swallow, as I am not their valuable customer. I rather stay with network that is accessible in time of need. Not provider whose employees are happy to ear and never ready to service ... so long really..sissss!!!!!
