Worst ATM company ever!! We have are struggling with our Spark ATM at our shop for the last 2 months. This company just doesn't care. I don't know if the technicians isn't trained in fixing the problems? I will not recommend Spark ATM to anyone.
I am a private banker, and I am not getting any service from my private banker!! Last year July I asked for a holiday payment as I was on maternity leave I did send 3 emails bot one was answered nor did anyone get back to me. So I had to pay all my expenses while I was not getting a salary! Today I have to sit in the bank being customer number 19 in the queue!! Yet again no serive from my private banker!!
Keedo online suck. I placed a order online and paid for it. When I received my package, I did not receive everything I paid for, keedo did not let me know they don't have the items I have paid for. They also did not refund me on MY money. I send Keedo customer care 2 emails days ago, I have attached all the invoices and my proof of payment still no respond. I am very disappointed.
I have send a parcel to someone two weeks ago, she still didn't receive it. They have phone her to inform her the parcel is wet and they are going to open it and through away what ever is inside. How can we trust this company? I am very disappointed in the service from this courier. After numerous emails without response, I phoned the customer care line, the lady promised they will contact me within an hour to give and explanation and to confirm delivery date, needless to say no one contacted me!

Poor service from Cape Union Mart Tygervally and even worse service from the Cape union mart head office. Payment was supposed to be done last week Monday 11 September. I did send a mail to head office on Thursday to find out what is going on since payment wasn't done. Today a week later still no answer I had to phone head office again but no one seems to know what is going on. This is so sad, I will definitely not be going back to any of your branches and will not recommend anyone on your product. Seems like this company doesn't care about customers.
I bought a jacket with a cut mark on it. I phoned head office twice and still I have not received any feedback. Tygervally cape union mart, management doesn't believe that the product was faulty when it was purchased. Tygervally branch is willing to send the jacket to repairs and they will charge me as the customer for the repairs. I can not understand how the customer should pay for the repair of a faulty product. Tygervally branch also refuse to refund me the money of the jacket. I have never received service like this before.
