Galaxy Bingo
I was assaulted inside Galaxy Bingo Galleria Amanzimtoti and I received no assistance from the Managers on site and the person who assaulted me kept on playing inside while and I had to go to the Center Management to report the incident while there was no action taken by Galaxy Bingo Management the person who assaulted me had ****** money from a machine I was playing where I left money amounting to R560 and when I ce back from the toilet he had withdrawn my money.

Boxer store Folweni assault on customers for damages inside the shop
I want to share a horrific experience I had at the Boxer shop in Folweni where I was arrested for a damage of alcohol which happened inside the store a bottle of vodka fell and the security guards said if I don't pay for what is damaged they will arrest me and they put handcuffs no police were called I've been detained for 2 hours without any indication of what happening or if I'm being charged I have videos and photos where I was humiliated and assaulted by the Capi guards

Refuse to issue paid up letter
I had an account with Metrofin loans and was handed over to Ver Tex solutions with a balance of R5081.99 and made arrangements to pay R600 a month off my bank account which was due to go off on the last date of the month 31/08/2017 i later then called Ver Tex to make arrangements for settlement where they then offered me a discount of R924.58 i only had to pay R4157.41 On the 28/08/2017 i paid the full R4157.41 into their account they have sent to me via email i then made contact to inform them i have made the payment I was then told they could see that money was paid they will close my account and request a pau up letter from Metrofin later on the 31/08/2017 the debit order went through even though i have paid the full amount i called them they told me to reverse it or it could take up to 90 days to refund me I then went to the bank to reverse the R600 again i called to request when will i receve paid up letter as i know that after paying it is supposed to be issued within 7 working days The people at Ver Tex did nlt give me a straight answer like they did before i made the payment and said they will have wait for Metrofin to get back to them and they dont know when and i asked to speak to a Supervisor who also said they will have to wait 90 days before issuing the letter to me as they have to make sure that i dont reverse the money whereas it was deposited into their account not by debit order at this stage i dont even know when will i get the letter and i called Metrofin who said they have not received any payment from Ver Tex yet it has been 7 days since i made the payment the srvice from Ver Tex is poor very imcopetence i am in the dark now dont know if Metrofin or Ver Tex has to issue me the paid up letter
