Galaxy Bingo – Galleria Mall The working environment at this branch is extremely poor. The branch manager treats staff unfairly, and the working conditions are unbearable and tedious. Employees are not treated with respect, and their concerns are ignored. Staff are expected to work under unacceptable conditions, which has created a negative and unhealthy workplace. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated. Higher management needs to urgently look into this matter. Changes are necessary to improve staff treatment and working conditions, as the current situation reflects very poorly on the business.

My wife and I were patrons at your Port Elizabeth venue and were actively playing a machine at approximately 2:04 AM. At this time, we were informed that the venue was closing. When the manager approached us, I politely stated that we would be finished and ready to leave in the next two minutes, as my player card was still in the machine. The manager refused this reasonable request and, without our consent, aggressively reached into the machine and forcibly removed my active player card while we were still seated and gambling. This action is an unacceptable breach of customer service protocol, interferes directly with a patron's game, and constitutes the forceful removal of property from a customer's immediate possession. Furthermore, the manager’s demeanor was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. This is not an isolated incident; we have previously observed and experienced unacceptable staff behavior at this location. As a loyal patron, I expect to be treated with respect, even during closing procedures. The action of removing a player card from an active machine is highly inappropriate and created a deeply negative and hostile environment. We will not be visiting this location going forward.

Galaxy Bingo Pavilion- food was delicious, service was excellent. Lovely environment to relax with the family as well. It was peaceful and quiet and very clean. We really enjoyed our experience. We walked into both Wimpy branches and walked out- service was miserable. The experience at Galaxy made our day. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Go the very often order a single Jack Daniel's the bar lady is busy with my order suddenly the just ignore me and help the next customer this is after 4 years of going there all staff knows me what kind of business is doing that only a business that is chasing customers away and DON'T give a ****am about how much money they can collect I use to go there often after tonight they willllll NEVER see me or my money again PLEASE NOT PEOPLE RATHER HO TO P.E AND ENJOY QAULITY SERVICE WITH A SMILE BAD FOR BUSINESS U SHOULD CLOSE THE BUSINESS IF THAT IS WHAT we as customers get treated. O YES I AM SURE U GOT CAMERA'S OR are U going to Say they were not working.Bingo Royal take our money with PERSTHETIC SEVICE.

Opposite corkwood Mall : I come here often .. staff obviously changes right . My partner and I spend money on food and drinks and Slot machines … yet I get turned away from sitting by a table which I sat by a few minutes ago to watch the soccer comfortably.. which is “reserved “ .. so you’d rather turn money away that is right in front of you for money that might cancel ?? Or spend what ..200r … there is a specific waitress that I like…she will allow me to sit at a reserved table and this table is my regular spot .. and guess what ,.. no one in that period of time came ..we paid and left ..no one was disturbed....all the others waitresses can go kick rocks. Joke of a service. I'll be going to Hollywood bets and see what my money is worth over there. Remember word of mouth spreads like wild fire … and I have a big mouth.

I was assaulted inside Galaxy Bingo Galleria Amanzimtoti and I received no assistance from the Managers on site and the person who assaulted me kept on playing inside while and I had to go to the Center Management to report the incident while there was no action taken by Galaxy Bingo Management the person who assaulted me had ****** money from a machine I was playing where I left money amounting to R560 and when I ce back from the toilet he had withdrawn my money.
