My wife and I were patrons at your Port Elizabeth venue and were actively playing a machine at approximately 2:04 AM. At this time, we were informed that the venue was closing. When the manager approached us, I politely stated that we would be finished and ready to leave in the next two minutes, as my player card was still in the machine. The manager refused this reasonable request and, without our consent, aggressively reached into the machine and forcibly removed my active player card while we were still seated and gambling. This action is an unacceptable breach of customer service protocol, interferes directly with a patron's game, and constitutes the forceful removal of property from a customer's immediate possession. Furthermore, the manager’s demeanor was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. This is not an isolated incident; we have previously observed and experienced unacceptable staff behavior at this location. As a loyal patron, I expect to be treated with respect, even during closing procedures. The action of removing a player card from an active machine is highly inappropriate and created a deeply negative and hostile environment. We will not be visiting this location going forward.

I have been living at Granten Heights in Humewood Port Elizabeth for the past 4 years (I am an owner in the block). For the past 3 years there have been issues with the elevators in the block. They have been out of order for months at a time. I have sent numerous emails to Trafalgar our management agents and I believe this issue is not being addressed adequately. During this year the elevator service provider "dissapeared" according to Trafalgar. There was a period where if someone got stuck in the elevator there would be no service provider to call??? There have been many instances of people being stuck in the elevators and i fear this is a huge risk to my family and the residents at this block. We have two elevators in the building and there have been periods where both elevators are non functional. Currently one of the elevators is still out of order (and i question the reliability of the other). I have asked Trafalgar when will the elevator be repaired or what is the plan to address this situation. They have not provided clear information or a concrete plan and I get the feeling this issue is not being addressed or given the necessary attention. This lack of customer centricity is extremely frustrating, to the point that i am now considering selling my flat and moving out of the block! I feel that the resident's well being \ safety is not being put first! We are living in a non managed bloc****

Extremely frustrated \ concerned \ dissapointed resident!

I am a regular at the Hollywood Bets in Newton Park and have never had an issue at that branch. I live in Summerstrand and from time to time make use of the branch in Southend as it is closer to me.

Last weekend (Saturday) I was there and received terrible service from Noni Nkosana. She has a bad attitude and has repeatedly been rude when I visited this branch. I asked whether I could add a game from the Sunday fixtures as there were no printed fixtures for the Sunday games (so I could not get the coupon code). She screamed \just give the name of the team
