very bad expirience
My dad who was a pensioner had a policy with them after sending all the claim documents Bongani Zondo who promised that my claim was sent to the manager Salphina Ramudzuli who has stopped taking my calls every time when i call they keep telling me that the is no one to assist me my dad worked for joburg city parks for more than 20 years meaning he has been paying this policy for nothing

Dstv refund
I have requested I refund for being over hanged buy them on the 2nd of January, I have been calling everyday with different responses then today I went to their costomer service in randburg the lady who assisted me was very rude she even called me a **** very disappointed
