very bad expirience
My dad who was a pensioner had a policy with them after sending all the claim documents Bongani Zondo who promised that my claim was sent to the manager Salphina Ramudzuli who has stopped taking my calls every time when i call they keep telling me that the is no one to assist me my dad worked for joburg city parks for more than 20 years meaning he has been paying this policy for nothing

Tbfs insurance is Pathetic and wicked
I would like to Warn fellow South Africans about the Croocks Tbfs funeral service.. This people are pathological ****s and ****mers they take your money every month without any problems when you are faced with a death of a loved one they make all the **** of the Devil to lie and not process the claim I've always wondered why the company has low ratings but because I've been paying for almost 20 sometime years I trusted them because they were under written my Hollard only to find out that they are a **** company *****ing from innocent people.. This company is *********, not professional and Cheat.. I can't claim they always request for Documents that even if you app**** for they can't process my claim not a problem process all the money I've sent for insurance I didn't Donate to you I thought you were reliable and trustworthy
