Never rent from this facility.
These people are thives, We rented at Mnandi facility, they stole our belongings Laptop, laptop charger, wifi, noise canceling headsets basically our business system, clothes,baby's blankets, oven pan, Nike shoes, La coq shoes basically they stole everything from us we contacted them and they said we must send an email but still today we haven't received any response from you, we are going to take this further, your business is a disgrace

Disappointed
I am very disappointed at Discovery medical aid On the 11 December 2024 I had an emergency where I was giving birth before my time I was rushed to the nearest hospital due to the nature of this emergency, I gave birth at the Emergency vehicle when I arrived at the hospital the hospital contacted them stating my case they refused to speak to the case manager saying that my medical aid was suspended due to outstanding amount of R273 that I've already paid long time ago, few days before I had contacted their call center and I spoke to Yamkela everything seemed fine my suspension was lifted I even received an email saying that everything is in order I can use my medical aid, to my surprise when I arrived at the hospital the medical aid is still suspended I contacted them they requested proof of payment of which I've sent long time ago and it was resolved unfortunately the document was missing I had to start the process again mind you I've just given birth I am very weak and holding a new born baby , I am at the casualty my new born needs oxygen I'm also dizzy as I have lost a lot of blood but they made me resubmit documents..when it was time to authorize my admission Banele said he will call back me back I have waited 10 hours at casualty waiting for authorization number imagine 10 hours in the state that I was in, I called countless times they were saying different things all the time, Then I was finally admitted at the hospital after 10 hours after Rochelle escalated the matter the Hospital couldn't stitch me as the time lapsed for stitches, I had a maternity benefit but that didn't help I still get emails from the hospital saying I owe them because Discovery says it was not an emergency I sent them proof of Casualty report but still they won't pay the hospital I'm in so much debt because of Discovery, they say they pay for antenatal blood but every time I went to the Doctor I had to pay because Discovery rejected the blood claims I owe lancet because Discovery don't pay or they partially pay .. Every month they sent improper billing my premium changes every month I'm alone on the medical aid and I'm supposed to pay R2600 but every month they want to deduct R10,000 on another month R7 000 I honestly don't understand I have deactivated Vitality but still they demand money when I had called on to stop vitality they still demand that I pay it.. Honestly I regret taking this medical aid with Discovery I had trusted them because when I was a teenager I was under this medical aid under my parents now as an adult I decided to go to them But I am disappointed in so many levels.. Discovery don't care about the well being of clients they are just running a business they are interested in debiting money every month.

Pathetic ****mers
Never sign a lease agreement with this Pathetic company they are ****s and ********s, They don't pay back deposit and lie about what you didn't do right their Unit at Willowcrest is filthy dirty greasy they fail to maintain that property and they blame the tenant for what they fail to do very rude no accountability, especially Hetta Geustyn she's very arrogant all the care about is money nothing, their Unit doesn't have maintenance and the blame you for not fixing it when they failed to do they part, Very inhumane..

Losing faith
Disappointed at Discovery medical aid they taking forever to answer queries for hours they transfer me from one Department to the other without any help after numerous emails and calls I'm awaiting for my cover to be re Instated after the unfortunate event of my husband losing his Job and we are pregnant we had a maternity cover we've been trying to re Instate and pay as private clients after weeks of sending Documents over and over again they telling me that they refunded me because they took money from the scheme no one told me about that it's just Frustrating

Atlas crane hire Aka E. ****son crane & Plant Hire they are ****** they rob their employees.. My Father worked 26 years for this company when we wanted to resign they begged him to give the company 3 months notice he give them as per request when it was time to leave they never bothered to pay him any cent it's 3-4 years later now nothing has been said or done.. He worked faithfully for them but they repay him with Pathetic silent treatment

Atlas crane hire robs people of their money, My Father worked 26 years for this company and left with nothing they say he didn't give them notice but he did give them notice and the asked for him to think about it and give them 3 months as he was the best employee they didn't wanna let him go Just like that he gave them a notice when it was about time to leave the company they Never paid him a cent even now it's 3 years later nothing is being said or done. Tbfs insurance is Pathetic and wicked I would like to Warn Fellow South Africans about the Croocks Tbfs funeral service.. This people are pathological ****s and ****mers they take your money every month without any problems when you are faced with a death of a loved one they make all the **** of the Devil to lie and not process the claim I've always wondered why the company has low ratings but because I've been paying for almost 20 sometime years I trusted them because they were under written my Hollard only to find out that they are a **** company *****ing from innocent people.. This company is *********, not professional and Cheat.. I can't claim they always request for Documents that even if you app**** for they can't process my claim not a problem process all the money I've sent for insurance I didn't Donate to you I thought you were reliable and trustworthy.. ****ming innocent old people, My mother has Dimentia beddriden they want me to take her up and down they can't process the claim we've made multiple affidavits to state her health condition. She lost her husband a month ago indebted and the company she trusted through Pep store stole from her!!
